I don't usually write reviews but I am really impressed with this company. Their customer service is amazing and they are always on time. I had issues with wiring and my breakers and one of the contractors Toto came out and he basically re-did everything and I just have to say it is crazy good. I have never seen anyone do such a perfect and clean job. If you're looking for someone that knows what he is doing and has years of experience he is definitely your guy. If you're looking for something cheap then go with another company, but if you don't want your house to burn down and want something that'll save you money at the end, then this is the place to call. Ask for Toto, he's great and really nice guy too

After years (decades) of licensed but incompetent electricians, we called United. They sent us Mark (Martik) Gharabian. Look no further. Fast, and much more importantly, competent electrical work. We went from a home where very little worked to where everything works. Am so happy that we are now adding lighting which is sorely needed. Am definitely looking forward to having our lighting issues fully addressed, from the defective breaker to the shorts in the walls. Particularly nice, he explains what the problems are and the options for addressing them.

Just tried to hire this company to come out and look at my heating, website is very misleading, it says that they are available 24/7 but that isn't the case at all, customer service personal was very rude, and dry as if I was a bother to him for calling. I strongly would suggest this company to anyone, just based on customer service, get a new on call guy to answer your calls around 7pm.

My 91 year old mom had an electrical problem in one of her bedrooms and found this company in the yellow pages. I live a hour away from her and though I knew about the problem I did not know she was calling somebody to come out.

I guess two gentleman came out in mid afternoon (Arthur and Robert). They replaced two circuit breakers but that did not fix the problem. They gave mom a couple of options at that point but mom was so confused she called me and asked if I could speak to them myself. Arthur got on the phone and told me what they had done so far and that he wanted to go up into the attic and try to see if there was a wiring problem up there. He told me what the price would be and I told him that I wanted to call the home office to discuss pricing with them. He gave me the phone number and a contact to talk to. I called and spoke to Robert R who is one of the Supervisors there. Robert said he just wanted to get mom up and running and that I should not worry about the price. He said I could call him on Monday (the guys were out on a Friday) and the two of us would work something out. The guys did find the problem which actually was a wiring issue in the crawlspace. They did not ask mom for any money and mom called me later that afternoon to tell me everything was working in that room.

I called Robert R. on Monday as promised and we worked out a final payment that was very fair based on the time the guys were there. I told Robert R. that I did not want mom to pay for two breakers that were not the problem. Robert understood as I understood that these breakers could not be put back into their stock or re-used.

Rob R. was great and said he would send me an invoice and give mom a one year warranty on the parts and labor.

Thanks to Arthur and Robert for their hard work at mom's house and a special thanks to Robert R. for his great customer service and working with me on the final price for the job.

Would use this company again just for the great customer service alone.

Very nice guy came out, but I have to say his estimate was literally $10,000 more than the second and third estimates I got. That's pretty disturbing. I am quite sure it was for the same service. With all of that in mind, we will go with the other company that has great yelp reviews for service and gave me a much more reasonable estimate!

Also, he charged me for the visit!

I'm in the apartment business and deal with vendors all the time so I really dislike when something goes wrong at home that needs repairing. I had an outlet stop working and weird light that flashed in a lamp when I turned a fan off across the room. I called United right away, 5am actually and they had Artin at my house by 1pm. It turns out my breakers needed to be replaced (over 1k) but they gave me a discount to replace them all, which I went for since half the panel was fried already. I could smell the burned wire when Artin removed the panel. My house is only 16yrs old but it explains some issues with power over the last couple of months. Artin was really great in working with me (my dog was recovering from surgery) so it wasn't an easy week for me. He was patient, explained everything and had us up in running within an hour. I feel so much better knowing I caught a potential fire hazard and had it done right by a qualified person. I rarely Yelp and only do if I feel someone goes above and beyond, as did Artin. Thank you!

Had United come out for an estimate to swap out one outlet, no major work - just a three-prong outlet for a 2-prong, no rewiring needed, probably a half-hour work with a new box, 5 minutes if not. Estimate: $180-$230. That's way, way more than what it should cost. Electrician was apologetic, said he couldn't do anything about it, ""that's what they tell me to charge.""

So, no, didn't have them do it. One star for free estimate and showing up when they said they would. That's it.

Wow this was easier then I though we called 3 companies they all wanted to charge 60 dollars just to come out then we called UNITED. They came out free and Arnold fixed our problem in less the 30 min the charge was a 120 dollars more then fair thanks Arnold we will use UNITED again
