Darryl provided me with the best customer service ever! I was SO impressed. He repositioned my gas line so that my new stove wold be flush to the wall. Very well done and obviously very experienced. To top it off, he also helped me move my new stove into my kitchen (which other companies would not do) and get it leveled and into place. Highly Recommended and would DEFINITELY recommend and use again!

I've used United Plumbing on four separate occasions. The first job, Darryl did great installing my water heater. He was professional, punctual, kept me posted, very competent, and friendly. I thought I finally found my go-to plumbers.

I called United for three other plumbing issues. Jack took care of these jobs. The first two times, he was fine. The fourth job on June 10, 2019, was to fix the bathroom sink stopper. I couldn't release the sink plug. Jack installed new parts. Later that same day, I noticed my sink was leaking, so I called to let him know. No call back. I called several times the next day, but he never called back.

The second day, my brother came over to check it. He took everything apart and found that it was installed crooked. He asked me, ""Did he run the water to check to see if everything was okay?"" I said that he didn't test anything. I was the one who insisted to see if the stopper worked or not. My brother fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.

After the shoddy workmanship, no return phone calls, my brother coming over to fix a problem that was worse than my original call to United, not honoring a 12-month warranty on labor, and feeling left ""high and dry,"" I'm done with United Plumbing! What a disappointment!

Darryl just left our place to quote us for plumbing work needed for a new stand-alone tub (replacing a built-in tub). 5 stars to Darryl for his super fast response (he was at our door within 2 hours of our call as promised) and 5 stars for going out of his way to cap the existing water lines (the built in tub lines had no water shutoff valve) at no cost so we can do some of the demo work required for the new tub to fit. We are still waiting for his quote, so more to come if we decide to use him.

If I could, I would give Darryl 6 stars. My shower temperature control is not working. Another company came and told me in order to change the valves, I would have to dismantle the tile surround or access from the back wall where my other bathroom is (which includes taking out and then putting back the mirror & cabin, and the cost of cutting then repatching the hole in the wall) Total would be $4300! I called United for second opinion. Darryl came and was able to get to the temp valve, remove, replace & done. For the grand total of $500! Forever grateful.

OK, had Darryl & Jack out to replace my old and decrepit hot water heater. As always, they were right on time, brought the top of the line water heater, took the old one out, installed the new one and charged about $400 less than the plumber recommended by American Home Shield. I don't even know why I still subscribe to AHS. These guys are the best, very professional and will always do the right thing for their customers. Top notch.

United plumbing quoted me a price for a slab leak. I agreed to price $1050 being to told there was a lot of work to be done . This was a all labor job, very few parts needed . I don't have a problem with someone earning a living or a person getting paid very well for a good job. But a $1050 for 1 1/2 hours of work leaves me feeling a bit ripped off .

Prompt and efficient. Very glad I was referred to them. Had them do some minor work and inspect prior work that I did not trust from another plumber. Jack was the one to arrive and took a bit to fully inspect everything I asked, quoted, and got all the work done fairly quick. I had one issue with a small leak and we decided together to hold off on the repair as a replacement would be more cost effective and it was not too urgent. I was quoted and will definitely be calling back.

Pricing is competitive and completely worth it for trustworthy work.
