We've used this company in the past, and they did a good job. Not so this time. The workers didn't even try to clear the drain blockage before deciding digging up our yard was the way to go. This required utilities to be marked, even though the sewer line is the only utility in the rear of our house. I called them, and the lady I spoke with has a listening issue and needs a Dale Carnegie course. Very rude. I called someone else and they had the problem fixed in less than an hour using a snake. I won't be calling them again.

First off ----- If I need a plumber again, and I will (My pipes are close to 50 years old) it will be United. They were quick to respond and scheduled me right away. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were doing. It was obvious that they had plenty of experience. I received great service and will recommend them to anyone, anytime.

I had United come out to look at a leak from the water heater valve. Another tech from another company had not solved the issue. Dylan was on time, gave me several heads-ups that he was on his way, was cheerful, competent, explained everything and fixed the problem in short order. I learned a lot of useful things from his explanations. He is energetic, friendly, super competent, well-trained and a very likeable guy, as well. What a change from the other techs I've dealt with! I only wish he could fix EVERYTHING in my house. Extremely pleased and happy.

I have what you call a ""problem sink"" in my kitchen. It has gotten clogged before and did again when a friend emptied greasy food down it. A team of professionals, from United Plumbing, came out and not only unstopped it, but gave me the confidence in their quality service by attacking this issue from the lower drain line, snaked it multiple times and even sent a camera scope all the way to the street sewer line. These service providers were not only experienced and knowledgeable, but they were friendly, courteous and took care to keep my house clean. Plumbers were personable and did an Ok job, but the call taker is terrible and not helpful at all. I had to call multiple times to schedule service or check on if my service ticket had gone through. Every time she was not helpful and deflected any questions I had

I would never recommend this place. I will never use this place. Drivers in company vans should know that they are representing the company. And when you're an a-hole driver, that reflects poorly on the company. Van 16 I think from the sticker on the back. Two jerks that have no driving courtesy. Their truck bellowed massive clouds of black smoke as they raced in and out of cars speeding. So... if I ever need a plumber... it won't be a place that employed people like that and uses trucks that pollute the air so much.

I have been a customer of United Plumbing for 7 years now, since I had my water heater replaced with a wall mounted tankless heater. They come to clean it out regularly and I have called them for other jobs like replacing a leaking disposal and installing a new faucet in the kitchen (they told me that my Moen faucet had a lifetime warranty and I got the new Moen faucet at no cost to me other than installation charges).
They are polite, on-time, professional and they do not manipulate customers into more than what they actually need (which can happen if the technician a large plumbing company sends to your house makes his money on commission based on how much he sells to you).
Plumbers are not cheap but if you find a good one who stands behind their work and is reliable and competent, keep them in your Contacts. If you own a house, at some point, you will need a plumber. I highly recommend United Plumbing.

They fit us in for same-day service by the end of the day! Kris and associate were very professional, and they even covered their shoes to protect the hardwood floors and carpet. Kris seemed very competent and offered solutions for resolving future problems.
