BEWARE:
Very shady . We didn't have a good feeling on this plumber Jim or Gustavo were not sure his true name . Arrived in an unmarked white van . Banged on the door like he was the police .
Used profanity when speaking. Very unprofessional . He claimed to be Bonded and insured but did not show any proof of the license number .
He gave us a quote . We told him that we wanted to wait for a third quote from a final plumber before we made a decision . He didn't like it and demanded a service call fee of $50 which was never disclosed when we communicated 2 days prior or the night before . All he did was remove water to have better view of the leak. We had already found the issue and sent a video of the leak a day prior . He got upset of our decision and left . Before he drove off he shut off the water and removed a flange that to the water meter that connects to the main water line to the house so we couldn't reconnect once we had our small leak fixed by someone else .
We never told him we didn't want his services we just wanted to wait for the last quote and decide who to go with. He made the decision too easy .

If i could put Zero stars I would. These people are criminally negligent. Frauds.
i had someone come out to my home on right before new years to snake my main sewer line. First i was told there was a blockage that needed to be dug up. They dug a giant hole in my front yard and charged me $625 to replace a small section of pipe. Then they told me after doing that that the entire pipe needed to be replaced and would be $5,000. Art would not even run the snake down the rest of the pipe. Wisely, I told them to fill in the hole and wanted a second opinion. When i had a second plumber come out he snaked the entire drain and said that there were NO ROOTS in the entire drain and cleared the blockage. A week later i had backup again and thought that maybe united was right all along and there was some major blockage - however, when the plumber came out he cleared it again and told me the blockage was only in the defective work that United had installed. $65 and everything is working fine. When i spoke to Robert the supervisor about guaranteeing his work, he said he would speak to Art and get back to me. He promised that he would come out personally and run a video camera down the drain to see what in fact was going on. Two weeks later and I cannot get a return phone call. These are the shadiest people and they will pressure you to spend thousands for a problem that doesnt even exist!. If American Home Shield sends them out - RUN AWAY.
