When I called there was an availability two days later which worked for me. I requested for the dishwasher to be looked at as it didn't seem to be connected to water, a leak under my kitchen sink to be repaired, and dripping in both my bathtubs to be repaired. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Jessie was on time and I appreciated that. Once explaining my issues and he checked everything out he made it a point to show me and explain everything that needed to be done. He did explain that I could go a more cost effective route or not but either way the option was mine to make. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured to do what he wanted, I really felt like he was here to provide quality service but still go the route I had chosen. He worked very clean, didn't leave a mess, and his customer service was really above and beyond. He did a final walkthrough with me and showed me that everything was fixed and leak free. You can really tell when a local business person just loves their community and treats everyone in it like family. I would definitely recommend and call again for any plumbing work I need in the future.

We have had Jessie from United Plumbing help us before, and he did excellent work for a reasonable price. We just had him install a backflow prevention device, and he had a lower bid than others, arrived on time, coordinated with the utility district, and did a flawless installation. I used United Plumbing services again for a unanticipated plumbing emergency yesterday on Friday, April 5, 2024. Late in the afternoon I discovered a leak where the bottom of the toilet tank joins the water supply hose. With the weekend approaching I knew I needed to get the problem taken care of right away. Jessie responded within an hour to replace the hose and valve at a very reasonable cost. As usual Jessie Ramos came through for us a pinch and did quality and reliable work. Jessie came out quickly to help me with my clogged drain this morning, he was effecient and tidy. Price qas less than expected and he definetly over-achieved making sure my other drains were working and giving me a free camera inspection of my sewer. He even took the water pressure pf my house and tightened the water spicket thats been leaking for ever!
