Got connected to him through my home warranty. He showed up over 5 hours late without warning. Kept saying he will be here in an hour whenever I would call. He ended up showing up at my house at near 9PM! He showed up with a flashlight. Had to use my step stool and screw driver to access the hot water heater. He did contact my home warranty the next day to tell them it needed to be replaced but I haven't been able to get a hold of him since then. My warranty company has been calling and he says hes been calling and not getting through (Which is a lie, I've never been on hold for more than 3 minutes with my home warranty company) So I basically told him I would transfer service and he said that's fine maybe someone can do it faster. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?!

The worst person ever. He is not honoring his word at all. From October 9 till October 22 he scheduled 6 appointments with us but some of them he totally forgot about them. At the end when he came he totally destroyed our toilet and said ""since you guys have another toilet at your home then this is not an urgent job for me and I will not schedule with you guys to come again soon"".

I have nothing more to say about this horrible person. Just keep away from him!

Johnny was assigned thru warrenty company. He showed late, did not complete job sharing to return next day and was no show. Three days later when he was to return second attempt I am chasing him down thru warrenty company because he wont answer phone to get him here for a 6-8pm call for which he stops answering his phone and when finally reached he says he will be there at 8:15pm and is a no show again. Use a different company.

Can I give him ZERO star as he never show up even I tried to call him many times. First time, he promissed to come around noon to fix the floor drain that I told him it is emergency and need a look right away. I waited for him until 1pm but not receive any call or text updating he will come or not. I called him 3 times but got to voice mail then he called back and said that he would come a little late, could I give him 30-40 mins. I said it was fine. I can wait. But adding 45 mins, he did not show up or even gave out any words.

He is a plumber from hell. He has a very short temper and would get upset with you very easily. He would argue with you when you ask why he left your job site to another without letting you know and did not come back for a few days. He failed the city inspection 4 times! He knows how to 'sweet talk' before you decide to hire him. He promised to get the job done in 3-4 weeks, took more than 2 months. Do not use him or you WILL regret.

Johnny owes me money and is a liar. He was suppose to refund me money that he owes me, and i have followed up and called him many times. It has now been over a month. He cannot be trusted.

Pro: much lower price compared to other companies. Honest.
Con: couple times he didnt show up, I had to call Johnny to see if he's coming. He accepted too many jobs at the same time. Therefore, he was going back and forth between different jobs. We were arguing because some small works he couldn't do at the end like promise (he had to go to another job). Even though he gave us a discount from that, but Im still disappointed he couldn't finish all the works. The job was supposed to be finished in 3 days, but it lasted 5 days because he had to do other jobs in between. Honest person, but easy to freak out if he made any mistake.

Johnny, I was referred to United Plumbing. He is very knowledgeable, professional, reasonable with prices, and honest. He is very easy to work with because they are organized and care for their clients. He checks very carefully to make sure the job is done correct, and to the clients' preference. I would recommend United Plumbing to anyone who needs an amazing, experienced and honest plumbing services because I know they will take great care of them.

Can we give no star to this company!!! I mean ZERO STAR!!!! Never showed up in my appointment. Had to call and ""remind"" the guy about the appointment. He said that he forgot and will come in 2 hours. Never did show up in 2 hours!!! What a joke.

After reminders via phone calls and text , plumber still failed to show up at the appointed time and date on 3 different days. If he could not come, he should have called to cancel or reschedule or informed me that he was not interested in doing the job. 0 star. Very undependable.
