Plugged toilet unresponsive to routine plunging, etc. Plumber from Hilltop showed up right on time. He used a 6 foot augur skillfully and was sure that he felt an obstruction, but he was unable to remove it. He removed the toilet, turned it over, and found a plastic cosmetic bottle at the toilet outlet that had fallen in without anyone noticing. Problem solved, and the charge was very reasonable for all that work.
