Leonard brings extensive design-build expertise in mechanical contracting and has previously held the role of Vice President overseeing the Northern California Project Group for a prominent West Coast mechanical and plumbing firm. His career commenced as a designer and project engineer, providing him with the skills needed to effectively manage technical projects. His position as project manager developed into a regional management role, emphasizing training, recruitment, and executive oversight on numerous projects.
