Angelo D.Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with a plumber or any sort of repairman. We had a horrible clog which was causing waste to back up in our toilet and tub, so much so that it was spilling onto our bathroom floor. We notified the company early in the morning on a Saturday but they said they could not show up until 4:30-5:00. They actually showed up two hours later, at which point they saw the amount of backed up waste in the toilet, laughed, said ""they aren't getting paid to do cleanup,"" laughed again at the fact that I hadn't been able to shower, told me not to flush toilet paper, and then left saying they would be back at 10-11 tomorrow. They never showed up.
I just want to recap that for you. They showed up late after an initially late repair time, laughed at me, refused to do plumbing work because of the waste involved, and then didn't show up when they promised.
I eventually had to go to another plumber to get the situation resolved. Whatever you do, do not work with these people. They are unprofessional, unskilled, unprepared, and just plain mean.
He came with no tools then he asked to borrow a screw driver. He couldn't figure out what was wrong with the boiler and he was just pushing the wires in and out of the box. By chance the furnace kicked off again and he jumped up to ask for $150. He assured that the problem has been fixed 100% and it was due to a lose wire which I didn't believe in first place. The next day, the boiler went dead again. This time, I called another company who told me that the problem was not due to a lose wire. I wasted my money and time with this company.
They got the job done but the whole process was unprofessional.
First, the main number to their business is a cell phone. When I called, the guy asked me to TEXT him my name and address. An hour later and no response, I call back and he says ""someone is on his way."" Thanks for letting me know.
The guy who actually came agreed to fix my problem that night and the work was acceptable.
The real problem came when it came time to pay and get my receipt. I paid with cash since they were able to give me a better price that way. But I was told that my receipt would be emailed AND mailed to me the following day; I was hesitant at first but ultimately agreed.
Two days later and still no receipt. I call them and someone tells me ""so and so is on vacation for 3 weeks so you have to call about your receipt when he comes back."" I told them this was unacceptable, and after some yelling, the man on the phone agreed to hand deliver my receipt the following day.
Next day comes - no receipt, no calls. I call the number a few times and no answer. I then call from a different phone, and they finally answer (they were obviously ignoring my calls). So after even MORE back and forth and yelling on the phone, someone finally hand delivers my receipt an hour later.
Needless to say, these guys are pretty disorganized and unprofessional. I would not have them come back to do any work.
