I got a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system installed under my sink. The technician worked really hard and completed the job in a professional manner. We also discovered an unrelated leakage during the process which was also fixed without extra cost even though it ended up taking much longer to fix for them. They are awesome.

I needed a new garbage disposal installed that the whole experience was excellent. They responded to my request for a quote on yelp with a reasonable price and I decided to give them my business. There was excellent communication about when the technician would arrive, and the technician who came to my home was courteous and competent. In addition to the service they even checked my crawl space, water heater, water pressure and tested for hard water at no extra cost.

I contacted United on Friday night at 10:30pm and received an immediate response! They were here at 8am the next morning! Alexies the technician sent us his picture letting us know he was on his way. He covered his shoes when he came in and went right to work. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Made a trip to Home Depot for a part and finished quickly. Great clean up too. They were fantastic from the quote stage to actual service. No games! Their quote was the lowest but the service technician was very competent and helpful. They showed up on time, went to Home Depot to inspect and collect the 3 toilets we wanted. Sure enough the first two boxes had broken parts but the tech was able to find good boxes.

The technician was extremely competent and stayed late to ensure all three toilets were fixed. Their office was able to provide quick quotes for angle valve replacement too.

The toilet installation was professionally done and looks great.

I requested an estimate for a new water heater and water line for the refrigerator.

They came over and gave me a clear breakdown of what needed to be done along with estimates on paper. In addition to my requested jobs, they noticed a problem with the water pressure and included a quote to fix that. The price was great so I went ahead with the jobs.

The work was quick and they ever got my water heater installed on the day of the estimate! Then they came back to finish the refrigerator water line.

Communication was clear and I always knew when to be ready for the technician. Technician Luch was respectful and kept me informed every step of the way, including letting me know when the water was going to be turned off and for how long.
