I reached out to United HVAC on Friday night regarding clogged toilets and water backing up in the bathrooms. They responded within minutes and scheduled an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. Before 8 AM, I received a text confirming that Tim and Andrei were on their way. Throughout the day, they kept me updated on every step via text.

Tim and Andrei were incredibly helpful and professional. After inspecting the issue, they explained that our rental property didn't have a cleanout. Despite spending three hours trying to clear the blockage with a snake, the problem remained unresolved. Tim promptly prepared a quote for a cleanout installation. Since this is a rental, he also took the initiative to speak with our property manager, explaining the necessity of the work and managing multiple calls with her directly.

Once the installation was approved by the owner, United HVAC dispatched two plumbers at 1 PM. We weren't home in the afternoon and didn't expect to find them still working when we returned at 10 PM. They apologized for the delay, but we were genuinely grateful for their dedication. We never asked or expected them to stay that late, but they explained the urgency of the situation and assured us it was necessary. Their supervisor also reached out to confirm the cleanout had been installed and that the city would be contacted for service and inspection the next morning.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. Everyone we interacted with--from customer service to technicians--was communicative, capable, and highly responsible.

I always had great experience with United plumbing. There are anytime better than other big time company's. I should say they are like Toyota in plumbing industry. Although, they don't mfg the parts, their labour service is great and professional and most importantly, they are affordable and honest with the job. Transparent with the prices and other most important things - THEY PROVIDE NO OBLIGATION VISIT. I would recommend them and would also use their service in future. Just fyi - this is 3rd or 4th time I have used their service (offcourse for different purposes)
