Contacted United looking for someone to replace a couple faucets at my mom's house. United was comparable price wise to everyone around, but we went with them because communication was exceptional, they were great at scheduling, the plumber arrived on time, did a lovely job, and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell he had even been there. The plumber was super polite, respectful, thorough, and did nice work. My mom is very happy with her new faucets, and we wouldn't hesitate to call United for any future plumbing needs.

I sent a message to United Plumbing though Yelp and I was on the phone with them just a few minutes later. The person I talked to provided an estimate and Almaz arrived later in the afternoon. United plumbing sent a guy out very quickly to diagnose a tub drainage problem. After power-snaking the drain for 30 minutes the blockage could not be removed. The tech had to disassemble the entire tub drain and stopper underneath our crawl space, and replaced everything for $600. It was much less than some other companies quoted. The tech completed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The blockage was just a little plastic shampoo cap that had been lodged in the wrong spot for a while.

Princess responded to my request for a quote to fix a leaky pipe quickly and said that they could send someone out that afternoon to take a look. Since the leak was fairly small and the pipe was outdoor, it was not an urgent issue. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Seth arrived early. He got to work quickly an was able to complete the job in under an hour. The price was competitive and came in right at the mid-point of the estimate.

I can recommend United Plumbing without reservations. Great communication and same day service if you have an emergency.
