In the middle of a bathroom remodel, we discovered our water main value was cracked and leaking. I immediately sent out Yelp quotes and United was quick to respond with a quote.

Upon inspection on the property, the water main itself was an issue. We have an old home with lots of galvanized piping. The tech also had already gone under the house and taken several pictures of horizontal lines under the house.

They suggested more work to be done in the house than the initial job. Initially I was a bit skeptical as I always feel people try to upsell you. However, they had no sales person attitude at all. They simply explained what they thought were the absolute necessities and what would make sense to do as a reach.

My main hesitation was I had not had a budget with this work in mind. However, the supervisor named Islam was super helpful with working with me and getting me a very fair and reasonable price for a lot of high quality work. He even took me under the house and provided safety uniform and equipment so he can explain his reasoning for different work. Islam was probably the main reason I did a big project; he represented the company very well.

I can't say enough about how I appreciate the technical detail, quality of work, and customer service. We still await the permit/inspection and I look forward to that approval.

I'll be coming back here for any plumbing needs, though I hope I don't need more work for a while.

I have used United HVAC plumbing services a few times and have always like the quality of customer service and the skill of their technicians which is clearly of a much higher standard than most other services i have used.
I am writing this review today because of the exceptional service that they provided a couple of days ago when i had Islam S (technician) who came to replace a whole shower system at my home. He ran into some issues with the existing plumbing system and spent double the time (along with his supervisor Anton who came to assist) it would have taken them to do the job but stayed until 11pm and finished it and made sure they cleaned up and left after everything was in order and functioning well.
I am so glad i found a company that is so committed to doing a good job and taking care of their customers. They truly deserve the 5stars and more!!

United came out to assess and repair our water heater and outdoor shower issue that we had. They and their tech , Max D. were very professional, very responsive and communicated with me extremely well, which I appreciated. Our issues were promptly repaired, worth the money we paid , and I definitely will hire them again if we have any other repairs needed that fall within their companies' advertised expertise.

Their response on a Sunday was outstanding. They give me a preliminary diagnosis and told me my options. They started work the next day and worked until 7pm to get the job done. Further work was indicated and they showed up at 7am the next morning to attempt the cleanout of my sewer line (Thanksgiving week). They unfortunately were unable to break through the blockage and I needed a City Cleanout installed. They worked all day to get the cleanout installed. The City inspector approved the work, but I needed to wait six hours before they could get someone onsite to backfill the trench (day before Thanksgiving). They got someone there in the afternoon and the City was able to finally clear my blockage. United worked hard, long hours and were always professional. I have used them before and would certainly use them again.

Contacted for a quick response plumbing issue, and the team was responsive, fixed the issue, and communicated needs / issues. This was likely overall a more pricey provider, but not sure as others did not fully quote the issue / fix.

We had a drain clog problem with upstairs shower drain. Called United Plumbing after one plumber tried using the snake and it didn't fix it. United provided a quick appointment on a Sunday morning. Nick came during the appointment window, was very professional and got the problem fixed at a reasonable price. Overall satisfied with the service.

They quickly diagnosed and fixed our heating issue, and even provided helpful maintenance tips. Diagnostic fee of $69 and would go towards the service if needed. Competitive pricing, excellent service, and a 5-star experience!

Replaced an electric water heater with a hybrid model.
Awesome customer service, very responsive and fast. Explained everything in detail, sharing their experience with installing hybrid heaters and providing valuable advice on their use and setting correct expectations.
NIck L did an amazing job installing the new unit and as an add-on cleaned up some old plumbing that was no longer in use but left in place and cluttering the space. The new heater is great, pulling only about a kW in heat pump mode vs pure electric that was pulling close to 5kW. I highly recommend United HVAC. They are also authorized dealers for multiple brands, including Bradford White.
