Hired United Plumbing to replace our water heater. They respond quickly, answered all questions we had, and were able to find our model of choice (Bradford White). Came out the next day to install. We decided to get a permit (for insurance reasons), went through the process online (Santa Clara County), and set up an inspection. However, we also had an existing recirculation pump, so while the water heater was installed correctly, the recirculation pump (installed by another plumber previously) did not meet the new CA energy code. I won't go into details, there was lots of confusion, but what was great was that United Plumbing was always available to make corrections needed. And quickly, often the same day. The permit was approved. The bottom line is that United Plumbing is reliable and responsive.

I have had them come out twice - once for replacing a kitchen faucet and second time for two bathroom faucets. They were great both times, came exactly in the time frame specified. Booking appointments over Yelp was easy, they were very responsive. I liked all the questions they asked before hand including details so there were no surprises on the day of the actual work. During the bathroom faucet installation they found a leak and fixed it. I appreciate that they had the parts with them and were able to fix it right away. Will definitely use them again. I also appreciated the texts I received once when appointment was booked and second when they were on their way.

Had a leaky faucet and had reached out to United Plumbing. They responded quickly and kept me updated on when their technician ( Dmitriy ) would arrive. Dmitriy assessed the issue and suggested the required parts. He got the replacement parts and did the job professionally.

Oscar did good followup before and after the job. He was quick in responding to messages and clearly explained the cost and parts. Clear communication and follow up !!

Had a small emergency and United sent a technician within the hour. He was great and stayed for almost two hours attempting to clear a line. Turns out, the snaking equipment they have wasn't long enough, but the technician did all he could. No charge and friendly, quick service.

We've used United Plumbing twice in the past month. They've been great all around. On both occasions I was able to get a next day appointment SUPER quick. The team is super responsive, hyper-professional, and very pleasant. The techs are also great. Alex provided our services on both occasions; he was on-time, polite, clean with his work space, and effective (solving our problems with ease). Finally, the price United Plumbing charges is reasonable and fair. They could probably charge more for the prompt, professional and polite service. Call them. You won't be disappointed.

Our kitchen faucet had a big leak and we called United Plumbing to fix. It was on a Sunday so I was really pleased when Aleksandr came within 30 minutes. Everything was done the same afternoon. Aleksandr was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to replace our kitchen faucet the same afternoon. Short version: honest, hard working, and friendly.

Our toilets started gurgling and the showers backed up with stink water because we had a blockage. I called a few places and the first one gave me advice but did not work on houses with no cleanout.

United Plumbing was up for the job and ready to go up on the roof and down the breather or in through the toilet flange. Well, they went through 2 breathers and the toilet and the line did not clear.

After 3 hours and at 7 PM, they said they needed to do a camera inspection and would probably need to install cleanouts the next day. I asked what I owed for today and they said ""no charge"" because they had not solved the problem. Wow, really different than most plumbing experiences.

They gave me a quote for digging a 6-foot-deep grave in the front yard to find the old sewer line and for repiping a section and the cleanouts. I decided to handle the digging separately which took 2 strong young guys 6 hours with a shovel.

They did a snake with a cutter head and the camera again and they gave me a digital copy of the video to use to tell the city to replace the street line.

They spent 5 more hours the second day and everything is working great. The price was very reasonable for 10 man-hours of work.

I had a property with a sewage smell and I figured an animal chewed through the pipes again. I had United Plumbing come out to do an inspection and it turned out that not only did I have a sewage leak, I also had 2 others.. One in a wall by the shower and one in a supply line way in the back. Had they not been thourough in the inspection, it could have cost me a lot more in the future. I got a quote, and while not the cheapest, I put my faith in fellow yelpers and had them do the repairs. Schedules were kept, updates were made via text, email, and yelp. Overall, pretty satisfied with the work they did and the speed in which they did it. I'll keep United Plumbing in mind for future work :)
