United plumbing installed a sump pump in our crawl space. They were quick to respond to my Yelp request and setup an appointment quickly. Their service is very professional and punctual. They quoted a reasonable price and provided a discount on top of it. After the service, they shared pictures of the installation and they will be coming over after heavy rains to inspect the crawl space. I will definitely recommend United plumbing.

He repaired our broken sink and replaced the corroded garbage disposal. I provided the garbage disposal (Moen from Costco). The cost of labor was reasonable. They charged me the exact quoted price. update: after posting my review. The manager contacted me and wanted to hear from me. After telling her what happened. She took an extra step to solve the issue, which I didn't expect. This is what I call customer service/customer satisfaction. I can tell they truly care their customers/potential customer by showing what they will do to make a win-win situation

Tony and Tim were very kind and professional. The appt scheduled btw 12-2pm. They came at 130pm. They listened & answered the question we had. They earned five

communication; when I called for an estimate she said it's free & I confirmed there is no cost for the with the video inspection. She said yes! When they checked the area, tony said for the video inspection, it's $250. I said I was told it s/b free. He said to come on site is free. we ended up paying $250.00 which I was not happy about. That's why 3

They sent us the estimates on the same day & f/u with text, email & phone EVERYDAY! We have not responded to them cuz we need to wait for another estimate to decide who we should hire. I bet as long as we don't respond, they will keep sending us text/email . It's quite annoying, that's why 1

I am extremely satified with united plumbing. Their pricing is upfront and they stick to it, unlike some other plumbers who came to ask for much more than what they promised over text messages or phone. Their stuff is very responsive and easy to work with, and they clearly have a well designed system to track status of each contract. Most importantly, Alex, who came to provide service, was extremely sharp, hardworking, and easy-going. He unstoppedly worked for about 5hrs, including hopping to home Depot to buy additional supplies--all without asking for additional fees to what they priced u front. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and prices! Our water heater went out on a Sat of a holiday weekend. The first place we called came out but didn't have the right size water heater on their truck. I called United Plumbing and they came out in an hour.

Alexander got to work right away. We had a new water heater in about 1-2 hrs.
