I requested service for broken shower faucet. The technician came immediately and diagnosed that shower cartridge needs to be replaced due to wear and tear. He gave estimate and obtained approval before starting the job. He turned off the main water supply in home, fixed the faucet and turned it back on. The whole process took around an hour. The shower faucet was working better than originally installed ! He recommended checking for leaks later. Considering that I couldnt have done this myself without risking water flowing over, its really good value for money. Great job !

I had to replace my backflow preventer. Called around and everyone was asking for a lot of money (some asked for over $1000 that is a day light robbery). Fortunately, called United Plumbing and they offered the lowest price of all. Above all, they waited patiently for 3 weeks for to get the part delivered from Amazon and were flexible to keep changing the appointment date based on the delivery tracking from UPS (package was delayed by over two weeks). They were very patient. highly responsive, and very professional throughout. Finally, today the job was completed. Their technician. Almaz, was very competent, highly professional, and one of the nicest people to deal with. I strongly recommend these folks for any plumbing work.

Yuri showed up on time for an angle stop replacement. He was professional, answered all the questions that I had, made sure to leave the work area as clean as when he arrived.
Installed 2 angle stops in the bathroom and two in the kitchen area. Will definitely hire again. Not the cheapest company but they stand behind their work.
