Team all around was highly efficient and had great communication throughout the process of setting up an appt and fixing our plumbing issue. Alex was on time, friendly and effective. So far so good on our plumbing problem. Alex also offered tips and information about our water softener which was unrelated to our original issue. We'll definitely consider United for future plumbing issues.

Our water heater went cold on Wednesday morning. I called around to a few different places and United was able to send Alex out to troubleshoot that afternoon. After working on the unit for over an hour, he estimated a repair price including some replacement parts. As the unit was almost 14 years old, would likely need a full replacement relatively soon anyway, and we've got guests coming for the holidays, we also discussed replacement vs repair. I decided on a full replacement, and Alex made us his first visit the next morning. Around noon we had a brand new water heater, he cleaned up some sloppy work from the previous install, and we had hot water rolling again. Based on my limited research during an emergency, the price was fair, and timeliness and professionalism were top notch.

We had a clog in the kitchen sink that wouldn't drain out even after trying the tried and tested methods. United was able to send Alex, who fixed the issue in a matter of minutes.
