I want to thank Alex Bor for his professionalism, efficiency and kindness.
The nozzle under my sink is leaking, that was because I was trying to clear the blockage in the J-bend pipe, and later I forgot how to correctly put them back, there may have been a mistake. I called United Plumbing and Water Heaters last night, this morning they replied us and sent a technician, Alex Bor, to help me fix the issue(the price estimate is free) at 2:30 PM. Alex is very professional and friendly, within 10 mins, he quickly figured out my mistake and corrected it. After testing, the leaking issue was resolved perfectly. When I asked him how much it would cost to fix it, he shyly said no.
I know it may be a small or quick fix, but I was very touched by his honesty and generosity.

I had a small water leak in my attic - basically the plastic hot water hoses started to crack at a t-joint. United Plumbing came by the next day, gave me a quote and fIxed the issue the next day. They were fast, professional and honest. The quote to repair the job was very fair, which is in stark contrast to another company called Jazz, which quoted me 18X what United Plumbing quoted me. No, that's not a typo, I was actually quoted 18 times more to do the same job. Anyway, if I have any need for a plumber in the future, I will be calling United Plumber again!

Our 8-year-old Fleck 5600 water softener broke, sending resin throughout the house's piping. I called around 7-8 different plumbers to get quotes for replacing the broken softener. The prices were all over the place, ranging from a couple hundred to several thousand dollars. United Plumbing recommended that we add a sediment filter after the softener so that resin does not get into the pipes again. Their quote was very reasonable, and the workmanship was top-notch. I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.
