Excellent and very responsive service. Igor was my technician and he was awesome. Very knowledgable. I have had contractors coming to my home for almost 25 years. Igor is right at the top for providing a very good experience for a much needed service. I will be using United Plumbing & Water Heaters again if the need arises and will ask for Igor. He cares for his customers. If I could give him 6 STARS.... I would!

Alex installed a garbage disposal with no issues and quickly. He texted before he came with a time and was on time. He took his shoes off before entering the house. He got to work right away and when done, he found that the other side of the sink had a clog in it and fixed that too.

There are a new to this area but not a new company. There was some mix up on their part with which location was handling my request. But it was resolved and they apologized and had Alex out that morning and even offered a discount.

The company quickly responded to my initial request, setup up an appt for that day and kept me informed along the way. The corrected the mixup quick;y, got Alex out that morning, kept me informed the whole time. Alex was efficient and texted me when he was coming.

I am very satisfied with their service and work.

The service professional who came to provide the estimate, Bella, was also very knowledgeable. She kindly answered all of our questions while at our home and afterwards via text. The entire team were very professional and responsive from providing the estimate, to installation, to follow-up after installation. The whole process by United was flawless. Communication was prompt and crisp. The repairman arrived right on time and did the installation perfectly (despite the old unit's o-ring being rusted on).
