I have used United Plumbing twice, with great satisfaction! The first time, I wanted a repair (not a replacement) of a hot water heater. Two other plumbers insisted it had to be replaced. United did a modest repair, and all has been well ever since. The second time, I needed a sewer line cleared. Their estimate was the most reasonable and clear. The job turned out to be much more stubborn and complicated than anticipated and took several hours. United stood by their original estimate, and the technician, Alexsei, was courteous, pleasant, and professional throughout. I also appreciated dealing with the same very pleasant and responsive office person from original request through the follow up customer satisfaction call. This kind of service is a rarity these days. I very highly recommend this business!

Used united pluming for clogged bathroom toilet and pleased with their services. They were quick to respond and relatively quick to be on site to unclog the bathroom toilet. - Cold water valve came off pipe due to corrosion - copper connected to steel pipe
- Was able to get service the next day morning, the earliest amongst others.
- ""Ren"" came by in the morning and started to inspect the damage. He was very respectful and professional.
- Prior to performing the repair, he made sure to consult with his supervisor and have him clarify the repair to be performed to me.
- He made sure to wear covers on his shoes before stepping in. When cutting open the dry wall open, he made sure to cut precisely and was able to reuse pieces back together after the repair. He made sure to clean up after all his work that I barely have to do anything else except move personal items back in place.
- In the end, he replaced the broken pipe under the sink. While there, he noticed a leak coming from one of the drains. He retaped it and added sealant free of charge.
- Pricing was reasonable. Almost half of what others offered site unseen.
- I would definitely reach out to them again, when the time comes.
