I contacted United HVAC regarding my furnace at 8:30am. Ivy was responsive and scheduled Andrey K, who came out a few hours later. He identified the issue and ordered the parts. He came back an installed the parts and got my furnace up and running. Throughout the process, I was updated by Ivy and other staff as to the status. Overall I'm very satisfied with their service. I found United HVAC and Plumbing via yelp when I was looking to get a leak fixed in my front yard. I had two estimates done, one by a competitor and one by United. The first company that came out quoted me an exorbitant amount for work that they couldn't guarantee would fix the problem. I got a second opinion through United, and was very impressed with Igor and Oscar. They explained the entire process and offered me multiple options to fix my leak. I ended up having them replace my water main and put in copper piping. After signing the work order, they came out very next day and completed the job. These guys used shovels to dig up/ trench my yard (which was, in my opinion-backbreaking work) removed all old pipes, laid new copper pipes, replaced the old main, filled in the trench, and secured the ground back in place all in one day. They did an excellent job and were very personable. They also gave me an extremely good price for the work. They then came back the next day to check out my HVAC concerns. Igor took photos of the issues I had in my attic, called around locally to find a new bulb for my REMY HALO unit, fixed a blown fuse in my HVAC unit, and checked out my outside unit as well. Oscar and Igor then gave me a quote for the options I had for my HVAC concerns. The quotes were all beyond reasonable, the prices were unbeatable in our area. When I was concerned about the price of the REMY replacement bulb (I thought they were much less expensive) they offered to provide me with receipts from the supply store that they would be purchasing the part from. That kind of transparency made me feel extremely comfortable with them. I was also told what work would be important to do asap, what could wait, what was unnecessary, and what should be done together to save money. The level of detail this crew went into to help me understand everything, the fact that they did not pressure me into doing unnecessary work, and the high quality of work they did on my plumbing, and the warranty has cemented me as a lifelong customer. I will be calling United for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future, even if their prices go up. The transparency, work ethic, and personality make it entire worth it to me. This is a company that you will feel comfortable reccomending to all of your friends and family! (I posted my review on google as well for visibility)

We had a defective leaky water heater. We called 3 plumbers to get 3 quotes. United Plumbing were the only ones to come out to our home that same night to give us a quote. The others only gave us a broad quote over the phone. Tony was very knowledgeable when he came out that evening to tell us about the hot water heaters and their service. Their quote was comparable to the others. However, their personalized service was what won me over. The others were going to take days to send someone out and they came and replaced it the next day. Igor and Tony were very good at communicating with us and their work was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this company and their services.

Fast and friendly service! They replaced or should I say reconfigured the gas line behind my stove to eliminate the 4 inch gap from the wall to the back of the stove. Now the stove looks a lot better aesthetically in the kitchen.

Found my main sewer drain outside the house clogged. My go-to plumbing company didn't have an opening for me so I took a shot with United. Alex T was able to squeeze me in way sooner than my actual appointment. In an emergency situation, I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. He was in and out in 30min! Reasonably priced! I now have options for when issues like this occur.
