All of our showers and toilets were packed up on a Sunday afternoon Thanksgiving weekend. United plumbing was able to come out within a couple of hours and clean out our sewer drain. They saved the day. Would definitely recommend them as they were very friendly and responsive.

We had a leak from our water heater. It ended up we needed a new system.
They came out on Black Friday and stayed until 11:00 pm until the job was complete.
All the other companies that I reached out to said they couldn't come out until the next day, but United Plumbing and Water Heater did it the same day.
We were very fortunate! They called a few days after to follow up, too!
Overall, great service. It was a bit pricey, but in the end, worth it!

I hired United plumbing for a couple of projects. Water softener install, RO system install and clean out install. Each job was done with perfection. The team is highly knowledgeable and responsive. Tim and Tony (supervisors/project managers) took out time to visit the property throughout all the projects to make sure everything is being done correctly and answer my questions. I always had last minute requests which they were able to execute. Bob, Almaz, John and Tom were the technicians that worked on the projects. All of them did a thorough and clean job and went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Rhea, Sam and Joe coordinated all estimates and projects through phone calls. Very professional and punctual. Competitive pricing.

United plumbing did an excellent job with the back-up for our sink. Office staff was friendly, straight-forward and responsive to the initial request for an estimate. We received a text within 15 mins of requesting a quote. Our technician Nick did a methodically job fixing the sink. Once he was done fixing the issue, he continued to inspect the crawl space for any other possible leaks or issues under the house. He also checked the water pressure free of charge. He consulted with another plumber to make sure that he covered all of his basis for the job. United did a top notch job for us.

Wow?, I finally found a? highly skilled ?and HONEST plumbing company!!! We had a completely clogged sewer line and United ?sent a tech within ?2 hours on a Friday evening. ? Enty?, their tech, snaked about a hundred feet but the line was still clogged. Made two attempts and decided it couldn't be done with the snake. He then inspected our plumbing in ?our super cramped crawl space. Didn't see any issues and suggested ?they run a camera to locate ?the clog. It was already 8:30pm and since they couldn't fix the clog it was NO charge. What??? Enty profusely apologized for not being able to find the clog. I felt bad that he felt so bad! ?I got a call while Enty was cleaning up and they gave me some options to go forward. I knew there was a cleanout buried near the sidewalk and figured I'd try to find it for them. I felt bad they'd already burned almost 3 hours with the snake. The person on the phone said that was fine and let them know if I needed help finding it. ZERO pressure to try and recover the free snaking that didn't work out. Of course, I wasted more time digging around for the cleanout and gave them a call. Tony and Tim were there in less than an hour. They ran the camera and located the problem AND my cleanout within 15 mins. The clog was in the city lines and they said the city will clear it at no charge. Thinking the city wouldn't come out on a Saturday afternoon, I asked if United could just do it for me. I wanted to give them some more business anyway. Tony looked at me like I was crazy and said, ""why do you want to pay for something that can be done for free!"" He assured me that the city will come out because it's an emergency. He even called them and set up my appointment to have them hydrojet the city lines. After Tony and Tim left our house, I was still getting texts from them making sure the city called me and would be coming to clean the lines. They also asked to please text them after it was done to make sure everything was flowing properly. Even after their job was done they wanted to make sure others were following up and finishing the job! Who does that nowadays???
I was so happy with their service I'm ordering a water softening system and heat pump hybrid water heater. Not even bothering to get a second quote. It is so great to find a skilled and honest plumbing company!!! .
