Igor was amazing! My water
Heater was broken and I needed hot water! He was super flexible with my work schedule and came later in the evening for a free diagnostic; others charge for this service. He inspected the issue and gave me my options. My tank was not old, so he did not try to upsell me to a new tank, but he did give me the option with a great price. I chose the repair over a new tank, and he quoted me a price that I felt was fair, on top of that, he gave me a military discount, so it went a few dollars below the original fair quote. I had other vendors come to the house prior to United, and Igor easily beat their prices! He came over the next morning with the parts, and quickly fixed the issue!

The most important thing, COMMUNICATION! Igor and United had great communication, whether it was text messages or on the phone, they are very communicative.

They are fairly easy to work with. The price initially was very high but we came to an agreement and they did a good job on my rental in Elk Grove. But It was clear that they don't have experience working with landlords / property management. They volunteered a lot of info to my renter and that caused issues that led to more expenses. If $ wasn't an issue and I was a homeowner working on my own house, I'd definitely work with them again.

Our old water heater was 23 years old with a massive buildup of sediment and a leak. It was no easy feat to get rid of!

Tony came to give me an estimate and was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and answer questions. He checked my water pressure and water hardness for free. Very friendly and it did not feel rushed at all.

Their pricing was also competitive. I had bigger companies try to charge 1k more for less after spending just 2 minutes looking at the unit. I obtained numerous quotes and between pricing, knowledge and trustworthiness, these guys won out.

Igor installed the new unit and took extra time and energy to put in the tough physical labor required for this job. This was definitely not something we could have tackled ourselves!

Highly recommended! Give them a shot!

Prompt, courteous service. Igor replaced 3 hose bibs for me, completed in about 15 minutes. I'm thinking $275 for 15 minutes work is a little steep, that's $1100 per hour, minus the cost of 3 hose bibs, ($28) on Amazon, but it seems everyone wants doctor and attorney wages these days! So sad, but true! I know everyone else would have charged that much as well.
But, Igor also came in and checked a leak in our bathroom sink. He found that there was no leak at all, my husband had installed a new aerator and he did not tighten it good enough so the water was somehow leaking down under the cupboard. He did not charge me for that service. That probably doubled his time spent to 30 minutes.
