They cut holes in our walls without notifying us before or after. After asking for a repair or refund for it, they declined. Thus, I disputed the repair costs (only $300) successfully from the credit card charge.
When I asked to repair my unit which is still under warranty, I got this reply:

""Thank you for reaching out to United. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with your furnace and AC at this time. Due to issues that arose during the last service call and the fact that you attempted to dispute credit card charges on work that was legitimate and completed, we can no longer service your property. ""

I recommend the company that if you need to make holes in walls, you better ask the customer beforehand.

Edit: The credit card company did accept the dispute, not as the owners response suggests.

United HVAC installed a complete Rheem HVAC system in November. They did a very thorough job. Because it's a family run business, all the employees were helpful, friendly, and respectful throughout the process.
The price was very fair.

I was very thankful that Greg and his team were willing to replaced my water heater and furnace unit in early April, despite COVID, before closing on my new house. They had to get both into some funky spaces, which was really impressive! Greg and his son were also really kind when it came to connecting the fan later on, which was a secondary visit. We've been without water and AC for a week during the current pandemic. Greg, the owner, charged two hundred dollars but fixed nothing. I scheduled for him to come back twice, but no one ever showed up. Now we're going with a different company hoping for a better result.
