My A/C quit working in the middle of the summer heat. I called united. They came out to the house and gave me a proposal very promptly. They installed a new outdoor a/c unit and furnace A coil in a half day. They did flawless work and got my A/C up and running in a short amount of time. Strongly recommended!

Had a preventative maintenance contract with United. The A/C unit was working great, until tech came out for preventative maintenance, disassembled the unit, and broke the Fan Motor. Put in a temporary motor that was working poorly

United sent out a second tech and said the fan motor was shot and needed to get a new one and price was $575.

United broke a perfectly good A/C unit and wants us to pay for it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

United came to my house for routine maintenance on my a/c unit. The 2 servicemen that came out, Mark & Alec, were very nice, knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend this company (which I have used repeatedly) for your HVAC needs.

United came to my house and replaced a furnace. When the trouble was discovered on a Thursday, cold weather was expected over the weekend. A crew worked late on Thursday to replace my furnace so I would have it before the weekend. They were very polite and wore booties. I am a fan!!

My 13 year old AC/Heat Pump was on its last leg. So I gave these folks a call since they were the contractors that installed the AC when this home was built. They sent out two quality technicians to do the installation. I was told to expect a 4 hour time frame to complete the job. They finished up in about 3 1/4 hours. Great work UHC&P!

New to town and was told this is my go to company for all my needs

1) never informed of the city rebate
2) got an estimate and said ok; but they never came out
3) came and installed; all went well
4) temp got higher and one of two units was not working
5) emailed salesman and no reply
6) emailed salesman and no reply
7) emailed salesman and no reply
8) spoke to contractor several weeks later about the problem and got attention
9) united showed up and told me ""the unit was not installed correctly"" and needed parts
10) a few weeks went by and I called
11) untied phone rep had never heard of any work done at my address
12) untied rep came out and replaced the board on my machine; it broke upon his leaving and said he would order a new one and install shortly
13) two weeks went by and I called to check on the status of the repair - no record of the problem
14) I spoke to my contractor who contacts them about this problem
15) I got a call from their call center that they are going out of their way to make it happen that day
16) new board is installed and it fails while the workers are there
17) never heard from them again.

I paid in full; just want what I paid for.

196.00 for a part that costs 20.58 on Amazon. big Rip on parts do not buy from them.... Technicians are great and very polite. Just buy your parts before they get there..

$135 for a service call. I am 18 miles from them, but ""out of the service area"". Even if so what a stupid price. Are they out of their minds? Can't comment on their service as I was not going to pay such a ridiculous, over-priced, unfair amount. Get real.

These guys are the best!!!! We woke up on a Saturday to a furnace that didn't come on the day we were to leave town for a week. I called for help. After a little on phone trouble shooting it was determined we needed a service call. Steve was there in half an hour driving clear across town. In took him a while to find the culprit, s glob of stuff in a vacuum hose. He fixed it promptly and made it out of town on time. I can't say enough about how great this company is.
