Brothers Joe and Jerry Lambert, along with their close friend Mark McWilliams, spent years in the heating and cooling industry mastering the art of designing, installing, and repairing these systems. When they established United Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. in 1990, they embraced a straightforward business principle: Deliver on your promises.

Currently, United is still a family-run business, with a workforce of more than 200 committed employees. We are based in Grandview, Missouri, at our large 113,000 square-foot facility.
