I had a slab leak at a property I manage over a holiday weekend. United was awesome and got a guy out there quickly to assess the issue. Due to the holiday they had a lot of guys off work but they were able to locate the needed tools and worker to come out the next morning. I really want to thank Miguel for his hard work and helping us out of a jam during a holiday weekend.

Site says 24/7 but when I call it took me to an automated message saying I called in after hours. Update the hours to not say 24/7. Today is Sunday August 27, time is 11:02am. 24/7 means you are open right now.

For years, I had been unable to adjust the temperature in my two upstairs showers. I called United one day and they gave me an appointment t for the next day. Tony arrived during the time slot, and was able to replace/repair the stem and trim replacement. As usual, I am quite satisfied with the work and the integrity of this company. I called about an estimate on several plumbing issues and Linda told me the cost for the estimate and that it would be applied to any work we had done. She was able to dispatch someone who arrived in about 1.5 hrs - amazing! The tech Leo was extremely knowledgeable about our older plumbing system and fixtures. He was helpful in answering all my questions and explaining what needed to be done. He quickly replaced a leaking p-trap and gave me an estimate for the rest of the work with fair pricing. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of United Drain & Plumbing and their staff and will be using them again soon!

Really appreciated the timely and efficient work done however I was upset that the employee did not wear a mask. I know work is hard with a mask but when you are in peoples houses I would hope you would take the upmost care.
