Furnace went down on the coldest day of the year, of course! Luckily I have AHS warranty co. More luckily they use United Air. Receptionist gave us emergency appt. at no extra charge for next morning. TYLER the tech diagnosed problem quickly but was worried part may not come by mail for 4 days to 2 weeks! He worked hard with his co. and part came in 3 days and Tyler installed it the day he received it. Nice, professional, and competent Tech. Tyler, thanks!

This company gives a two-hour time window, and tech shows up on time. Tech was knowledgeable and professional, and most importantly performed a quality repair. Workplace was left clean and it took about 20 minutes.
Parts were a little slow to come in due to Covid but they called to let me know that the part had been ordered and was on its way. Great work!

We called United Air Temp and we were able to get same day service which was great with temperatures dropping. Brandon came out to see what was going on with our heating system that wasn't blowing any air from the vents. He went over things on how our heating system works, so he was very knowledgeable knew what he was doing. He took his time to make sure each components were working properly. He found a simple tube that had been disconnected and zipped tied the tubes just in case it didn't come undone again. Great guy and I would recommended him for the job work.

Horrible, horrible service!!! Josiah, did absolutely NOTHING!!!! First of all, he was surprised that I was the homeowner. ""Oh, this is YOUR home?"" Why is he surprised?? A woman of color can't own a large home?? Second, he was worried about if my deductible had been paid. ""Well, did you pay your deductible?"" What??? I have 2 units, but only 1 was down. I expained that and stated that I have a home warranty and whatever I was supposed to pay would go through them. I'm stating this as he is standing next to my AC unit that is NOT WORKING. ""Did you pay 2 deductibles?"" WTH!!! Now, I'm getting pissed because he is soo worried about if my bills were paid or not as opposed to doing the work he is BEING PAID TO DO. ""Well, I cant work on this if you haven't paid your deductible."" Again, I state whatever I pay, American Home Shield takes directly from my account, and what concern is that of his??? Now, he's uncomfortable because ""your voice is raised"". What? Oh, it's not raised yet, but it can be. Needless to say, the young boy/child did nothing to my unit and left. After he left, I checked my account only to see my deductible had been paid 4 days ago!!!
Shocked. Shocked that I got such piss poor service, when I pay so much money. Shocked that that young man couldn't see past a concern that wasn't even his to do the job he was supposed to do. Why was he surprised that I was the homeowner? Why did he question if my bills were paid? It leaves me with only one thought...

The service guy was very nice but probably didn't know what to do with my old system. I don't know if he made something up or purposely tried to rip me off but the quote to repair was over $1100 because of the Freon needed. I called another company who actually fixed the problem FOR FREE because it was a simple burnt wire that tripped the circuit breaker. I'm requesting my home warranty policy remove them from their list of providers. On top of everything, my account shows the job completed by them, which it was not.

Luigui the Technician from United Air Temp did an excellent job in performing maintenance on my furnace. He arrived within the schedule time with a smile on his face. He was very courteous and polite. After he was done conducting my required maintenance he exceeded that by checking other systems in my house as I requested and gave me expert advice and recommendations. A young looking guy but very smart, energized, and knowledgeable. I could definitely tell Luigui enjoyed his job, and he insured all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied. Honest. Admitted I needed to replace the unit or just waste more freon but then annotated it as a required upgrade (American Home Shield covers ""repairs and replacement"" but not ""upgrades or modifications""). Of course it's an ""upgrade"" because the industry converted to new freon. Response time was industry standard, 4 days, which is 4 days too late when your AC breaks down.
