These guys suck worse than a hoover. I've been waiting for them to fix my air conditioning for a MONTH. They've been lying to me and lying to my home insurance repair company the entire time I've been dealing with them. These absolute ****bags require payment before parts are ordered as if I trust them to do honest things with it. Stay away from these *******.

Taimour Ahmed called 30 minutes prior to arrival to inspect/service our ac unit. He was very friendly, professional and on time. I appreciated him volunteering to take his boots off upon entering home. Unfortunately, he was not able to perform his task since Wi-Fi wouldn't connect to the two thermostats. He spoke with his manager to notify him/her of the situation. Taimour informed me that we should expect a call to schedule an appointment to have thermostat/Wi-Fi issue resolved. I am pleased he took the initiative to address the issue with his manager on my behalf. Great job!

I have an active leak coming from my upstairs bathroom. I was told that I was going to get a phone call 30 minutes prior to them coming. No phone call, no knock on the door. My garage door was even open to let them know I was home. Then I get a phone call that the tech called several times and even came to my house. No true. Now I am being told that I have to wait a week for a tech that didn't even show up in the first place.

Had appointment scheduled and never showed up despite calling 3 different times that day and being told yes they will be showing up to fix your AC when I called saying I had guaranteed appt. This is after my AC went out on Friday in start of summer and asking if I could service immediately. They told me someone could get there Monday despite site saying emergency service is 24/7 last I checked you need your AC especially with young children then have the audacity to not show up its Tues now and called back and claim they don't know what happened worst service use someone else to fix your AC Clearly don't value their customers or there time

My husband and I made an appointment with this company to have our dryer vent cleaned. We had found a $60 coupon, so we figured why not. The guy arrived at our door with a bucket full of tools and a brush. He cleaned the hose from the dryer to the wall and then went outside and stuck his arm into the pipe and pulled out some lint. When my husband asked about him cleaning the rest of the pipe, he stated that they didnt have anthinging to clean it. We didnt pay. But beware ... very mi a4

Furnace went down on the coldest day of the year, of course! Luckily I have AHS warranty co. More luckily they use United Air. Receptionist gave us emergency appt. at no extra charge for next morning. TYLER the tech diagnosed problem quickly but was worried part may not come by mail for 4 days to 2 weeks! He worked hard with his co. and part came in 3 days and Tyler installed it the day he received it. Nice, professional, and competent Tech. Tyler, thanks!
