Armen arrived promptly; within the timeframe I had been told. He is professional and polite. He unclogged the toilet in minutes. This sounds like a simple thing and not too much to expect. What could go wrong? But judging from reviews of some other plumbers here on Yelp, it seems that a prompt response within the stated timeframe, a professional approach and a job well done and quickly finished cannot always be taken for granted. I hope he will be available if I need plumbing repairs in the future.

Yesterday Mr. Armen came to fix the leak in my sink by installing a new water faucet. We also have some problem with 2 toilet bowl and he replaced both rubber stopper which made the flush working again. I have used Mr. Armen many times since 2015 and my experience with his professional expertise is amazing. He charges a reasonable rate and he proposed the best solution to your situation so you wont have the same problem for a long time. People normally write review to complain and skip the process to compliment. I am a busy executive but I want to share with all the best service you can get from this company. If i can give a 10 stars I would!
I forgot to mention because of the COVID19 threat, Mr. Armen wears mask, gloves and shoe cover before entering my house. Our safety is the foremost concern of Mr. Armen!

Our kitchen sink was leaking very badly so I called my neighbor, who recommended Armen. He was very nice and gave me a low quote to seal the pipes. I was at work but he came and replaced all the bad pipes and kept the price very low. Highly recommend for his quick and professional services.

We've tried a number of plumbers in our area and, once we found these guys a few years ago, we have never even considered anyone else. Armen and his brother have done all kinds of different jobs for us and for our neighbors. In every single case, the work has been excellent and the cost always reasonable. These are a couple of really competent, nice guys. We're anticipating some additional improvements at our home soon and, as always, we're looking forward to giving Unique Plumbing another call.

Armen was a very nice fellow who responded promptly to my need to replace my home's pressure regulator. The pressure after replacement clearly showed 60 psi so all seemed good and the $450 I paid him seemed steep but worth it.

But I quickly noticed my house water pressure plummeting a few minutes after running water in a sink, or while running a shower or flushing a toilet. I called Armen and asked what could be wrong. He said I should buy a pressure gauge and check around the house... no offer to come back and check his work himself.

A few days later I discovered the problem: Armen had left the water main valve from the meter barely open... meaning it's GPM flow was severely restricted. I opened it fully and all was well. I sent Armen photos of the valve he'd left closed and asked several times if he understood he'd left the valve closed... no response. None whatsoever. I even left a message asking if he'd received my note and photos. Crickets.

I'm not angry, just perplexed at Armen's lack of response for an issue that he - the professional - could have and should have found and fixed quickly.

If you have a plumbing issue, these guys are the ones to help you! We shopped around for both knowledge, experience and price and these guys fit the bill. We had a burst water pipe underground and had to repair and repipe the line, run a new hot water line to the kitchen and decided to change the water heater to a larger tank while we were at it and they took care of it all and answered all my curios questions along the way. My husband did the patch work for the walls we had to open and they worked in unison together to get he process done strategically. The entire process and ordeal was very stressful for me considering I had a new born in the house and the guys moved some dates around to accommodate the project and get things done quickly for us. They did a clean job, covered my kitchen while working in my space and we felt the price was fair. Plumbing problems can become stressful and these guys didn't add to that stress. Overall, they did a great job in helping us explore our options while we discussed how to run the new line and executed as discussed. I would also recommend going with their leak director guy. We had to call the leak detector twice and I felt the one they had come out vs the one insurance recommends, theirs was much more through. I also had them change my kitchen faucet from a regular one to a Moen censored faucet and they knew how to do it

Armen arrived within 24 hours of my having called; gave me an estimate on the spot. The following week they came out to do the repair. Professional, on time, pleasant, and helpful with suggestions about what I might need to keep an eye out for.
