My mother called having sewage come up in her shower already 4 inches. It was awful. They said they would honor the coupon on the website for $79 clean out service then we waited he finally came and wanted to charge just under $500 saying she didn't have the right clean out. Unwilling to negotiate and came back into my moms condo three times to push his point very intimidating to a single woman. Awkward.
