Way overpriced!! Got charged $388 just for a diagnostic!! Was quoted $29 (promotional offer) for a diagnostic to figure out why my heater wasn't working. But then I got charged their hourly rate of $220 per hour, for a total of $388!!! Nothing got fixed and I didn't even get a clear answer on what was wrong with my heater! I was told there would be an additional charge, but was never told how much it would be. They were not upfront with their pricing, they tricked me, took advantage of me (because I was desperate to have my heater fixed), and they fixed nothing! Then they told me it would be an additional $475 to fix the problem, bringing my total to $863! Horrible experience! Terrible company! I found a different company that came out same day and did the diagnostic AND repair for $299.

I have had very little experience with companies that are professional, courteous and competent. Unique is all of this and more. I originally hired them a few years back, the guy that came out to provide me a quote was exceedingly polite and considerate of my concerns. he did not try to sell me more than what I wanted/needed. I hired them to convert my heat from oil to gas. the crew that came out worked quickly and did a fantastic job, I had nothing but positive opinions of all they did, which was a bit more than just the reconfiguration. in the years since, I have them come out to do a yearly check-up/maintenance and every technician is just as polite, courteous and competent.
I could not be happier with unique indoor comfort being my Heating company. and in the near future, I will be getting A/C put in, I won't need estimates, I know that I'll hire them.

I had a heater/water heater installed in the house I recently moved into. I went with the high efficiency unit after a good discussion with Mike. The guys from Unique were very respectful and helpful in choosing a unit and they were very thorough in figuring out what would be best for my house. They installed the unit a couple days later and were on time and very clean. Overall I was very happy with everything.... until the new heater malfunctioned and wouldn't heat three ho Ed after they left. I called Unique and the sent Dylan over an hour or so later. He too was very nice and got everything running again. Until.... later that same night, it stopped working again! I called Unique again and they came over after I was done work. This time they reset everything and it started working again. They also said they were going to follow up with the heater manufacturer to figure out what was going on. Since then the people they people at Unique have been checking to make sure everything is working correctly. Happily, u can say that everything has been working fine. They hooked me up with a free additional year of free maintenance, for the troubles too. Overall, I happy with Unique and would recommend them to a friend. The customer service is what really makes this company ahead of the rest. Thanks!

Dimos came to our house to deal with a gas leak. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I know how this should be done and he did all the right things, explaining related issues as he did. He then explained the company's preventive service policy. I just felt this was a sincere and professional tradesman that anyone would want to have work at a house or business.

Unique Indoor Comfort was fantastic. Our AC broke on a very hot day and they got us on the schedule quickly. Pat was our technician - upon arrival he was so friendly and professional. He identified the problem with ease, and thoroughly explained it to us. He was able to fix it right then and there. Even more appreciated, he didn't leave until he was sure our unit was working correctly. We would strongly recommend UIC!

Only positives I found was the extremely nice and professional technician Frank who came out to check my hot water heater. Downside was they wanted about 900$ more for the replacement then the company I went with and charged 100$ for the quote non refundable unless I got them to do the work. I thought 40 reviews on yelp ment they were a solid outfit. So glad i did my research and got multiple opinions.

I have to give it up to Unique... I only held back one 1 star because we never got to the point that the proposed work needed to be done.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I worked with Bob and Chris and they were both fantastic. Bob came onsite twice to investigate my concerns and he came up with a reasonable solution to my problem. But as my condo is new construction, Bob recommended I reach out to the company that did my HVAC because the work was sub-par. And after reaching out, the company agreed to fix the problem at no cost to me.

So again, definitely consider Unique! Extremely professional and they really look out for their clients!!

2nd time we had Unique out to the house. we have been through far too many companies that were untrustworthy. we have a nice home and we are convinced that many companies see that and suggest a new heater, new AC or unnecessary repairs.

We found Unique through positive online reviews and both times the technicians were honest, fair, explained everything, stayed longer to answer questions and explore all possibilities. We are very happy with them to date. Frank P. was our last tech and he was great, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He went over and above and provided great customer service.

Their service call pricing is in line with other companies.

Awesome service!! My AC went out over the weekend and they were out first thing on Sunday... with no after hour fees!!! . Mike was great and had me fixed in no time. They honored their yelp offer. My AC went out again about two weeks later. They came back at no charge. Both were easy fixes. I appreciate them not trying to charge me for lots of things or trying to tell me I needed a new system. Thanks Unique!! I will recommend you to anyone.

I am so glad that I found Unique Indoor Comfort via Yelp. Selling a house in King of Prussia while living in San Francisco is quite difficult. As part of the closing, I had to have the gas furnace and air conditioning serviced, inspected, and certified. I called the business on a Friday and spoke with Emily. She was extremely helpful and accommodating to my short timeline. We confirmed a noon appointment for the following Thursday. She assured me of the work to be completed and that I'd receive a certificate showing proof of maintenance and inspection. I also confirmed the price and mentioned the Yelp deal. Emily said they would apply the Yelp deal on the day of the service. On Wednesday, the day before my scheduled appointment, I called and spoke to Kyle who confirmed the time again. On Thursday, Chris did the service and maintenance. By 9 AM on Friday morning, Amanda had already emailed me a copy of the certificate that I would need for the house settlement.

If you're selling a home in the area or need any maintenance work, I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort. Their professional and friendly service was certainly a bright spot during a stressful time. They also had the best price compared to all the expensive quotes I received from nearby businesses.
