They were highly recommended by a friend, so in August had them install plumbing fixtures (garbage disposal, in-sink filters) and fix some toilets. The bill was significantly higher than they quoted (final bill was $5,000!), but we paid.

Called them this week to fix the garbage disposal. The rep said ""Since it's been less than a year it's under warranty and there won't be a trip charge."" The service guy came, pulled something out of the disposal (finished in less than 2 minutes) and told me there would be a charge of $165. When I called the company to complain, they said ""too bad, the person you talked to didn't know what she was saying."" If I had known, I would have had the apartment building handyman try to fix it - but the Uneeda rep said it was under warranty and told me that I should be careful as I didn't want to potentially invalidate the warranty.

Would never use them again or recommend them. They are very expensive, plus obviously they don't stand by their service. We spent 5K and they wouldn't give us a break on a service call. Pitiful!

After our toilet broke, I asked neighbors on Nextdoor for plumber recommendations and I received several.

I called three of them and went with Uneeda Plumbing because I was able to have an informative, productive conversation about the work needed and even potential work needed. Received the same price quote from two other plumbers, so I knew their price was fair too.

Seamus was on the service call and was friendly and polite. After our toilet was repaired, he quickly fixed our bathtub faucet too - the additional work only cost us the price of the new parts.

My family will definitely be using Uneeda Plumbing again.

Spanky was on the service call. Did a great job. Did not detect gas leak. Fixed water flow in my tub. Excellent service.

Just the facts. My water heater wasn't working, so I called Uneeda. It was a Saturday. Technician came out, and in 10 minutes told me the water heater was ""dead,"" but still under warranty. Told me to call the plumber that installed it. Charged $155.00, their full, weekend hourly rate, because they don't break an hour down into smaller segments. I had called Uneeda instead of the plumber who installed the water heater because I trusted Uneeda more than the other plumber. A $155.00 mistake.

I needed my Hot Water tank replaced and I chose Uneeda Plumbing's Lynn Schilling because he was able to replace our 75 gallon tank easily and quickly. He fixed all the old builder poorly installed piping, Uneeda Plumbing provided the necessary installation to code and gave me peace of mind with the overall installation. Prompt and efficient! Clogged BA sink with many years of gunk. Seamus arrived exactly at 8 and went right to work clearing the clog, running water to ensure it ran clear. He even used my bathroom cleanser to clean the sink after he was done! Impressive. Happy Uneeda Plumbing customer!

Great Service
I found out about ""Uneeda Plumber"" through ""Nextdoor Twinbrook"" a social media site.
I must be honest, I always get 2-3 estimates on most everything I do. When I met Spanky and Herman I didn't need to look further
My garbage disposal was bought and installed with in 2 hours. Luckily, they had a disposal on the truck and as if that wasn't enough, Spanky made it so that I didn't have to plug the disposal in for each use as I had for 20 years !

Spanky and Herman worked well together and complimented each other in skill, while being efficient at thier craft.
I will call ""Uneeda Plumber"" in the future for all my plumbing needs.

My water heater was leaking and Uneeda arrived w/in 24 hours to install a new one. Uneeda was referred to me by my long time HVAC company, Kane Heating. Lynn Schilling (the owner) explained everything I needed to know about the new one and the small touches he had taken care of as well (new valve, etc).

Since I don't have a drain in the basement, he suggested I get a water alarm in case of any future leaks. Though I doubt there will be any now with a new system! :) I really appreciate it when service people are proactive like that.

He also installed a new Kohler kitchen faucet which I love already. Better quality than the one I purchased at Costco.

He and his assistant, Seamus, work together well, like a doctor and trained assistant in a surgery theatre. They left all work areas clean and swept and hauled away all old materials. I felt very comfortable and respected as a homeowner.

I look forward to the possibility of their installing a bathroom in the basement. I don't know whom else I would trust so well.
