It was not at all a good experience. I used the recommended parts, then they said it was not good quality. The installation took over 3 hours, and the cost was ridiculous. No estimate was provided prior to the work, so the cost was unexpected. Would NOT recommend them.

I called Uneeda when a mainline valve blew a leak unexpected. They were able to get me booked the following day (on a holiday), they showed up early and got the work done and did a great job. Jason explained all the work he did and even went beyond the call and added a section of pipe to move the valve up because he was concerned the valve was getting too close to the floor and would require concrete work if anything happened in the future.

I won't lie, I have become so used to poor service I was pleasantly shocked at the great service provided by Uneeda for it is a skill lacking in most businesses now days. They definitely made my week.

Came home to my neighbor getting work done by this company...the work truck was parked in one of two of our reserved parking spaces. Due to the size of the truck it was taking two parking spots. Had no problem I figured I'd just give the number on the truck a call and let them know. As I was outside calling, a younger gentleman came outside and told me it was his truck and they'd be about 5 minutes. I responded with I understand but I'd really appreciate if you all parked up along the side instead so this spot can be free for my mother as she returns home from work shortly and so I can fit into the other spot as well. The kid said sure no problem..a few seconds later an older guy (I believe to be his supervisor) comes outside on edge saying ""We're not even in your spot, you better not have been rude to him or we're going to have a problem"" I responded with ""why would I be rude, I understand you all are doing work but my mom needs to park when she comes home. We're actually assigned two parking spots and you're taking both"" he responds again with ""you better not have been rude or we'll have a problem"". I politely laughed and once again said ""what is there to be rude about""...the older gentlemen I believe to be his supervisor walked over to the younger gentleman after he moved the car to a better location. As they both walked back towards me and the house they were doing work in I said to the younger gentleman ""was I rude to you?because your boss thinks I was"" And he responded with a smile ""not at all as nice as can be"" and we both chuckled. However I don't appreciate the threat the supervisor made for NO REASON AT ALL. WHATSOEVER. Something to think about before doing business with a company like this, a few rotten eggs can make the entire batch spoil.

They sent someone out and nothing I needed was fixed and there was no follow up. I called multiple times and did not receive a call back. I would not recommend this company. Fortunately I have found an excellent plumber who fixed everything I needed done. It was amazing and such a stark contrast to this company.

UNEEDA PLUMBING OWNED BY LYN SCHILLING DESERVES A PERFECT SCORE OF 5 STARS! NOT ONLY FOR THEIR WORK WELL DONE BUT ALSO FOR THEIR HONESTY AND INTEGRITY, MISSING IN A LOT OF WORKERS DOING THEIR JOBS!

Our drain at the doorstep outside of our basement was badly clogged
and for the first time rain water sipped in the basement where our
washer and dryer are set up. I was glad the water was just in a limited
area but enough to scare us. I hired someone listed in ANGIE'S LIST and here on YELP. It was a big mistake. I have no idea why I did not think of
calling UNEEDA PLUMBING. I thought outside drain problem issue is not one they will do because I was under the impression they will only

assignments like the heating system set up as they did for us about a
couple of years ago....piping incorrectly set up which they will redo, etc. that was done in our house before the new heater was installed. I forgot about 5 or more years ago Lynn came over to fix our bathroom drain and kitchen sink. He did a great job. He was highly recommended by
Sheila O'Keefe a friend and neighbor. She knew him as a little boy who
came along with his Dad doing Sheila's plumbing. I was told their work was expensive but it did not deter me to hire UNEEDA PLUMBING. On this 3rd job for us, Lynn Schilling came with one of his workers and they
did a great job. I told him that years ago, someone who snaked our drain broke his instrument. Mr. Schilling did not encounter any snag in resolving the drain problem atall unlike the previous plumbing company.
His charge was $200.00 and recommended to be mindful of debris and leaves....make sure it does not enter the drain to prevent future clogging so water can get through the drain and not enter the basement again. Another Plumbing company came a few days before UNEEDA, unable to do the job and still asked for $150.00...original charge was $250.00 with a Senior Citizen discount of $50.00. Technically, I should have been
just charged only a $50.00 travel fee since they were unable to do the job. UNEEDA with their work well done only charge $200.00. The idea that UNEEDA IS TOO EXPENSIVE is proven wrong in my case. I highly recommend UNEEDA for all PLUMBING PROBLEMS, BIG AND SMALL, AND EVEN BEYOND BECAUSE THEY ALSO DO BATHROOM REMODELLING, ETC.
Thank you Lyn Schilling for fixing our drain. I will never again make a mistake of hiring another plumber. UNEEDA PLUMBING is the company one can trust to deliver a JOB WELL DONE. Three jobs UNEEDA did for us were perfectly executed and the honesty of the company and its owner and workers are beyond compare.

They were highly recommended by a friend, so in August had them install plumbing fixtures (garbage disposal, in-sink filters) and fix some toilets. The bill was significantly higher than they quoted (final bill was $5,000!), but we paid.

Called them this week to fix the garbage disposal. The rep said ""Since it's been less than a year it's under warranty and there won't be a trip charge."" The service guy came, pulled something out of the disposal (finished in less than 2 minutes) and told me there would be a charge of $165. When I called the company to complain, they said ""too bad, the person you talked to didn't know what she was saying."" If I had known, I would have had the apartment building handyman try to fix it - but the Uneeda rep said it was under warranty and told me that I should be careful as I didn't want to potentially invalidate the warranty.

Would never use them again or recommend them. They are very expensive, plus obviously they don't stand by their service. We spent 5K and they wouldn't give us a break on a service call. Pitiful!

After our toilet broke, I asked neighbors on Nextdoor for plumber recommendations and I received several.

I called three of them and went with Uneeda Plumbing because I was able to have an informative, productive conversation about the work needed and even potential work needed. Received the same price quote from two other plumbers, so I knew their price was fair too.

Seamus was on the service call and was friendly and polite. After our toilet was repaired, he quickly fixed our bathtub faucet too - the additional work only cost us the price of the new parts.

My family will definitely be using Uneeda Plumbing again.

Spanky was on the service call. Did a great job. Did not detect gas leak. Fixed water flow in my tub. Excellent service.
