Reached out to Dusty Underwood's management to discuss my concerns. They agreed to refund some of the charges to compensate for the drywall repair. I was impressed that the management seems to care about customer satisfaction.

DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL, QUOTE ACCEPTED THEN CALLED TO CHANGED FROM PLUMBING TO SEPTIC BUT WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY
!!!! Dusty underwood came out to check on my plumbing/Septic system issue. I have a grey water septic that I did not know I had. The water from my washing machine is coming up through the ground. The first service I asked for was for a plumber (hoping it would be cheaper) to come out and check my system. This tech checked out my problem and suggested a pump to take the water from my washing machine to my regular septic. The quote was $7700 I had no choice but to take this option for a fix since they told me a new septic would be around $22,000. I gave them a down payment of $3400. The next day they called me and said the tech did not know what he was doing and it was a septic problem instead of a pumping. I asked for my money back and they asked if I would give them a chance. I did and a very condescending tech came out to look at the septic system problem and quoted me $22,000. I could not afford this option so I called and asked for my money back. They said it would take 30 days and could only do this by check. It was one day and a credit card payment and they could not reverse the charge. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL DISHONEST IN MY OPTION.

Will rip you off, here is how.
Guys came they looked at the crawl space before starting the work and told me that it will cost $680 for them to find the gas leak. After an hour of work I was told:
- that there are too many gas lines for them to test, so I will have to pay a $500 per hour for them to keep on testing.
- Or I have another option, to replace all the gas lines for $4000.
NOTE: Before starting the work, they looked at scope of work and knew exactly what they had to do, they saw all the gas lines that needed to be tested.
They have not finished testing them and after they left I still didn't know what the issue was. It doesn't say anything in the contract about them testing only a certain amount of gas lines or time limit.
I declined the payment and asked workers for their office to call us so we can understand what has happened. The next day our invoice went up from 680 to 748. When my husband talked to the the customer service, guy was extremely rude and was threatening to put a lien on the house. We tried to reason with them, because they did sent the crew in, but didn't finish the job.
To shorten the story. Another company determined that we didn't have a leak. If I'd listened to Dusty Underwood we would have paid almost $5000 for a work that didn't need to be done.
Their bottom line is more important than their customers, be aware.

If you were a doc who game me negative results I'd be satisfied. Your company didn't give me any results, negative nor positive. You didn't finish the job that I agreed to pay for.

I had an appointment with a two hour window. Dusty Underwood Plumbing was a no-show. I called the company to inquire what had happened and to schedule another appointment. Again - no show and no communication. I don't think this company wants or needs my business. This is the only negative review I've EVER written. There was NO communication other than what I initiated. There was no apology. Perhaps, they are a good plumbing company. I'll never know. I prefer to use companies that are more professional and utilize communication tools.

I will never use Dusty Underwood again. Purchased property back in 2020. When called in Oct of 2022 to discontinue service, they still called my husband by the original owners name. I signed up for their silver package which is more expensive but they keep up with the chlorine tabs and send pics of the system that was checked in a report. Problem is, the chlorine tabs (if ever filled) don't last more than a month and we have 4 months in-between inspections, something that Dusty does not want to let you know. Last time they came out the chlorine tabs were not filled, no pics were taken, and did not make any notes for the actual inspection. The only time I needed service was when my septic pipe backed up due to a tampon (had guests over). It took three visits and two managers (because it's plumbing's reasonability up to the tank and septic personnel will not work on plumbing, even if it's the main black water pipe to septic) to figure out the issue which was supposedly "tree root cracked the pipe". Quoted me $6K to replace a 5-foot pipe. Funny thing is the system has not backed since. When I called to cancel my service, instead of asking why we are leaving, I was informed "It's the American Dream to pick and choose what you want..." I honestly don't remember exactly what was said, but I do know they could have cared less for my business and keeping a customer.

Josh Wallace, Josh Lawson, Garret, and Derek were very professional, technically knowledgeable and courteous in their work to remove/replace our family's homes septic system. Josh W. leadership and communication to his crew and to us were appreciated to ensure the work was done properly but more importantly the new septic system would be functional. No detail was to small and we were impressed Josh W. and the crew inspected their own work in terms if quality control during the installations. Overall Josh W. and his crew were first class and we would highly recommend Dusty Underwood and this crew in any septic/plumbing future work you may need. Our family thanks Josh W. and his crew!

We will never use this company again!!! They charge ridiculous fees for things like going under the house and for bringing another guy to help. Also they sit in their company car half the time vaping and on their cell phones. We were initially given a price then got the final invoice that was so much more. They only fixed a leak tested the gas lines for leaks and went under our house once! I'm soo disappointed. The price for what services we received were just ridiculous. i don't usually leave bad reviews but this was a rip off

Initially we were half way pleased with this company, now we are completely unsatisfied. We hired them to replace our sewer line and install a gas line. It took longer than expected and our backyard was tore up for a week. After they finished the sewer line they installed the gas line. The line failed inspection. They are now refusing to come finish the job and pressure test again after the other work that needed to be done to pass inspection was done. I cannot even get them to return our calls. We now need to find a new company to test our gas line so we can get it running and have a heater in these cold temperatures with our baby.

Updated: after initiating a chargeback for not getting a call back for a week they came and fixed it. They now are harassing us to remove the ad and threatening to charge a bounce check fee.

I got a plumber that showed earlier than expected. He took great care to explain the problem and solution. Overall I am HIGHLY satisfied with service.
I think his name was Josh, but if not he was very tall. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for sending such a nice professional. Pam
