Response time was immediate, and was able to get out here the same day to look at my project. Started that weekend and finished tiling my bathroom in two days, with a new vanity/sink and a new toilet. It looks amazing and I'm super impressed with how quick and clean and professional everything was. Would definitely use again for projects in the future!

Rude and waist of time. What ever his name is came to my home after responding to a message I sent with pics and a list of things I wanted done inside and outside of my home. He proceeded to tell me that everything I needed him to do was a waist of his time, even though he saw pics and my list prior to coming to my home. Keep in mind that he was the one that scheduled the appointment. He also stepped on my nice plush bathroom rug with his dirty boots and shrugged it off when I asked him not to. He told me how to do the items I needed on my list. He said he could make more money else where. Keep in mind we never even talked about pricing. Dude! I can definitely do everything on my list! I don't have the time and I'd rather pay someone to do it for me. Duh! I'll stop here. If your a woman, please don't waist your time. Get someone that is respectful (with no wondering eye) and professional.

Masood responded to my request right away and came first thing to replace the valves under by sink and connect my new faucet. He had a mask on and was very curteous and professional. I will definetly reach out to him again if I need assistance in the future.

I first called Emes to fix the garbage disposal for my rental. He was very prompt to return my call, and fix it within a few hours of the same day. Then a day later the water heater broke down, he returned my call even late in the evening, and went over early in the next morning to take a look at it, willing to pickup the new water heater for me without additional charge (and that is not even within his reach), in the meantime while fixing up the new water heater he also found another rotten pipe, he was willing to run to the store and fix all for me with a minimal cost. In addition, he was offered to dispose of my old water heater away, and cleaned up the site before he left. My tenants are also happy that he has been very prompt and polite. He would call promptly to provide all updates and details with pictures.

I highly recommend Emes. He is prompt and reliable.

I had a queen size platform bed originally from IKEA that had been through too many moves and I couldn't get it to hold together. I put a request out to the community and Masood, ""Emmis"" got back to me within 10 minutes. He was very receptive to being able to fix my problem and his price was a hundred bucks cheaper than some of these other companies. We arranged for next day service and did he did a great job in reinforcing my Bed. Very prompt and very Friendly. I'm a professional Singer and in passing conversation, it turns out he is a recording engineer and has his own home studio. Might come in Handy some day. I can't recommend him enough!!!

He reached out ready to go. He was working and I was running errands but he accommodated us. Came in and got right to work. Was covid-19 conscious, polite, very knowledgeable as he didn't ask any questions and did it in no time. I have another project I will be calling him for soon. I would suggest him to anyone.
