Jimmy from Unclogged has been to my house a few times for various plumbing issues and is the only person I'll ever call when I need a plumber. When sewage began backing up into my yard, Jimmy arrived within minutes of when I called him. He fixed the problem and explained how he fixed it and how to avoid the problem in the future. He was friendly and professional and I recommend him to anyone who's looking for a plumber.

I called Unclogged because my kitchen sink was clogged.
He fixed my kitchen sink very quickly and it drains like new.
Jimmy was very courteous, friendly and professional.
He was very clean and put all my plumbing back together after he was done.
The price he gave me was very reasonable, almost half of what other plumbing companies quoted me.
I recommend his services to all my friends and family.
If you need plumbing service don't hesitate to call Jimmy.
Thank you Jimmy my kitchen sink works great now.

Let's just say i put something down the drain that I knew I shouldn't have on a friday night. I messaged jimmy very late and he responded first thing in the early morning. Mind you, i did my due diligence by calling EVERYONE and they were outrageous with their rates and fees. I was referred to Jimmy via facebook. I am so thankful he is an honest, no bs, person! It was a flat rate, no fee, no travel charges. Jimmy was very responsive and knowledgeable with any questions I had for him. He literally saved my weekend, and the price was fair. This review is way over due. Im glad I was referred to Jimmy. Hands down, very quick response, dependable service, and overall amazing guy. Very happy with his help. Thank you so much Jimmy. No bs, best around!

This wonderful man came out to my house the same day to unplug my drain in the basement that had walnuts in it that the squirrels put down the soil pipe on the roof! He was here only an hour and got the job finished and so reasonable!!!! I will call for sure if I get any other plugs. He is a very honest man. Thank you!

Absolutely great experience. We had a water leak from our upstairs shower. We called them on a Sunday night and they were here in 15 minutes. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Quick resolution. We will definitely use again if need arises.

The fellow who came out was prompt, nice and friendly. Seemed like a very nice guy. BUT, after charging us $650 for about 90 minutes worth of unclogging, we had a back up again the next day. He came out again, no charge, and said our toilet was to blame, as it did not flush enough water. But we had that toilet for 9 years with no problems, and it was advertised to flush an entire bucket of golf balls down the drain. Well, after unclogging attempt number 2, we had another back up. Unclogged had told us after attempt number 2 that he would have to charge us if we called him out again.

We decided to call Arrow Septic. They unclogged from the septic to the house (the best way to do it - at least for our issue - their guess was that the previous unclogging just unclogged the house main line, and not out to the septic tank). They charged us under $300 and we've had no problems since. They appeared to have a much more heavy duty machine, and rodded from the septic take to the house, so they didn't need to bring anything inside. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend Unclogged based on my experience.
