I contacted Unclog Plumbing about two weeks ago about a drainage issue I was having with our washer machine. The two guys who came out were nice - but they charged me $350 only to unclog our drain pipe. They were only at my house for 20mins. Today, I am having the same issue I called them out for. Very unreasonably priced for the work they did.

This past Sunday my neighbor's child ran their battery operated car into backflow piping in my front yard - thankful he wasn't hurt but piping was damaged. Water erupted. Was able to turn off water but then no water in house. Called Jacob with Unclog Plumbing services at 4:00 on a Sunday - his guys arrived very quickly and were terrific - polite and professional. Repairs not easy as they had to dig under a concrete pad to get access to damaged pipe but repairs were completed quickly. Speed of service, quality of repairs, and cost - all were wonderful and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend calling them when you have a pluming issue.

I would definitely recommend this company. Jacob and Adrian came out to unplug my kitchen drains. Worked for over 4 hrs, determined to fix my problems. A major and messy job crawling under my house and unclogging pipes such hard-working men with such determination. They deserve a 10 star rating. Will call him again if I ever need to.highly recommended I am very happy.

David and Josh did a very thorough job of hydro-jet cleaning my home's drain lines. They took the time to explain the process and to show via their sewer pipe camera the """"after"""" effects of their efforts. I do think, though, that their company's pricing was on the high side, but decided to hire them anyways due to their quick response (others wouldn't get back to me in a timely manner).

David came out. We've had a few plumbers come out prior to his arrival so we knew what we needed done. He came Tuesday morning. Said he'd be back in the afternoon, never did. Got a message Wednesday night that we couldn't be reached. Have no messages or calls so I don't know what they're talking about. Have had no communication since. Needless to say, we won't move forward with using them.
