I was promised a more powerful disposal that was quieter than my broken one. They put in the cheapest thing they had and refused to make things right and install the upgraded disposal they promised me. To tip it off I was accused of being RACIST because I was requesting they stand by their promise and install the proper disposal they had promised me! This is an issue that has nothing to do with the color of a person skin. It has to do with not standing behind what you say you're going to do for a customer. I will never use them again. I will never recommend them again and watch out because I don't stand behind, what they say they're going to do

Another factor about the company : honest and fair about projects.
After years of trying to find competent and honest plumbers, If I have a problem I will call UNCLOG.

UNCLOG drain service is the best drain clearing service I've ever dealt with. Owning a triplex with two bathrooms in each unit I find myself calling plumbers to clear drains several times a year. Bret and Maresa from unclog are very professional and answered my call after normal business hours. Bret showed up with all the tools he needed for the job. His equipment is clean and has Augers with cables 100feet long. I highly recommend this team for there drainage and hydro cleaning service's.

Had a clogged line that was causing flooding in my laundry closet any time the washer tried to drain. I called Unclog, and Bert was at my place within two hours! He came in, checked things out and diagnosed the issue, snaked the drain and cleared the clog, and didn't leave a trace behind! Fast, clean, and quality work! He even put on brand new shoe covers just to enter the house, which shows that he really pays attention to the details and respecting peoples' homes and doing clean work. I can't recommend them enough, thanks guys!!!

My kitchen sink clogged up and would not drain. I tried everything I could to unclog it myself, but finally gave up and realized I had to call a plumber. Unclog gave me the best price, so I went with them. Bertram arrived quickly and is the sweetest guy you'd ever want to meet! He was very organized and cleanly, he had booties on to protect my floor, laid down mats and did a careful and thorough job. When he left, my kitchen was spotless! Best service, best price.
