Received a notice from the city of Oceanside that I had unusual water usage...like 1000 gallons in 5 hours! I found Uncle Pat Plumbing through Yelp and Next Door and I texted him. The communication was excellent, he answered all my questions and provided me with an estimate to replace the toilet that was old, leaking, and needed to go. The next day I had a new toilet delivered, let Pat know I had it, and the following afternoon he had the old one out, and the new one in, in less than an hour. He also hauled away the old one He is competent, professional and efficient.

Our Rennai Tankless water heater started flashing error code and stopped working. I called Pat at 2:30 in the afternoon; he listened patiently while I was describing how the problem started. He was finishing a job and was here within the next hour. He tightened the exhaust pipes ( this was the cause of the error code) and I tested the recirculating button to see whether the water heater is working again. And Voila!
We have hot water again. All day we had only cold water. He is extremely kind, nice and honest guy and I highly recommend Pat for any type of plumbing work.

I needed a new 40gallon gas water heater installed at a rental property. uncle Pat Plumbing came highly recommended by many people on the Nextdoor App. as the tenant was being very difficult with allowing access, I needed a ballpark price to install. even though I knew the price could vary I just wanted to compare apples to apples with a couple of plumbers and had only photos of the existing 10year old unit. he is only one of two companies who would even give me a range. his top line came in way under the others bottom line. and this is not due to a sacrifice in product or service.

he came within days of the tenant moving out and installed the new unit promptly and removed the old unit. cleaned up and no mess left. we are very satisfied

We came home from a short trip out of town to discover we had no hot water. Our 2 year old tankless system had failed and I called Uncle Pat Plumbing. Pat was at my house within hours, dealt with the the manufacturer to get the unit replaced under warranty and installed a replacement the same day.
