I just received an outstanding drain cleaning service from Uncle Joe's Plumbing and specifically, from Memo. My kitchen sink was clogged and after a try with Liquid Plumber (not recommended) I checked my mail for the advertised ""deals"". I went a step further and checked out reviews on these deals and many were not honored or were upsold by the companies. I dug through my receipts and found my last plumbing service (over 10 years ago) which was Uncle Joe's. I remember I was happy with that service. Called and was provided a time and ""phone estimate"". Memo arrived on time, took a look at the situation, decided on the best way to resolve it, and performed professionally, courteously and efficiently. He had to make an extra effort for the process chosen, could have tried to raise the cost significantly (he did not) and competed the task. He gave me good advice following the service and followed Covid protocols (mask, gloves, etc.) the entire time. Fair price and excellent service. It even turned out it was Memo who helped me years ago. No wonder I remembered being happy! I hope I don't need service for a long while, but if I do, I'm calling Uncle Joe's Plumbing.

Uncle Joe's came out quick to take care of the problem I had in my kids bathroom. They didn't gouge me when it came to the price and I haven't had a problem since. I appreciate their honesty and quick response.

Our outside hose cold fused to plumbing outlet and Charlie saved the day and got it off. However, ASI was out for their ""free plumbing"" inspection and gave me a ridiculous estimate for items that were not necessary. Charlie walked thru some of those unnecessary items with me and confirmed my suspicions that nothing was wrong with our pressure regulator etc. Charlie was prompt, called before coming and honest. They give military discounts too!

like everyone else I thought I had found a reputable service..I had them dosome work 6 months ago and got a quote on some future work.. my neighbor had a plumber over and and just asked him for an estimate on the same work..upon crawinling under the house he found a leak where uncle joed had fixed and a huge pool of water.. its now costing me to repair the repair work they said they did..plus the clean up again from a pool of water under my house..

They scheduled my appt same day they received the call! Punctual too! The plumber they sent (memo) was a cool dude and charged me what I felt was more than fair and even gave me advice and heads up about a future repair down the road. All in all I wish more companies acted this professional and employed friendly people like this! I'll be a returning customer!

HIGHLY recommended. Prompt, very professional and friendly. I've always been pleased with their services. I've known them since 2010, they would come work on the plumbing repairs of the place we were renting at the time.
