Great Service! Our plumber, Robert G., serviced us when he was working for Rite-A-Way Services. We are not a fan of Rite-A-Way but we are fan of Robert, so we are leaving him a review here.

Robert is polite, knowledgeable, hard-working and came out to replace our 18 year old, failing water heater. He was originally scheduled to come between 10 AM and 2 PM but Rite-A-Way completely overbooked him. Even though it was Halloween evening, he still made sure to come out that day, not until 6 PM, to get the job done, and stayed nearly until 9 PM. Robert made sure to take the time to answer our questions, show us the condition of our old water heater, and show us some things we can do on our own to save some money. We are huge fans and I know who we will be calling next time we have a plumbing issue. Thanks Robert!

Reasonably priced professional people! We use them all the time to do repairs and maintenance at our apartments. Caution!! They do get real busy but they're worth the wait once on the job.

For clogs & such, they're okay. But, I hired them to move my washer & dryer and prepaid with my Visa. The deal included an electrician for the dryer. I was living in a hotel due to insurance claim, so upon returning home I discovered that no electrical line was put in. Also, the legs on my dryer were totaled and the bottom panel now won't fit properly. They detached stuff from my hot water heater to do the job, then didn't replace the hookups, and the hookups were missing. In trying to call them to fix issues, they lied to me & set up appt for time of electrician, but was a no show & then hang ups and no call backs when I called again. My first call to Uncle Joe to resolve this, he sounded three sheets to the wind and was rude. I had to hire an electrician and handyman to do work I paid them to do and reattach my hot water heater vent, etc. I still have concrete and rocks from the job I don't know what to do with, so the clean up wasn't done.
