This is regarding a service to remove the old water softener, install a new water softener & dispose of the old water softener . After installing the new water softener and payment was made , the technician said he would be back the next morning to dispose the old water softener. The next day when he was supposed to pick it up, he just stopped communicating , didn't return calls. We waited all day for him.
We had to contact their dispatcher & only then he said he will come by the following day at noon. Noontime came and we still haven't heard from this technician. We now had to call the dispatcher again and told them we will now dispute the charge .
Eventually the technician showed up and picked up the old softener.
But it ruined our schedule for 2 days after the work should have been completed. They left us hanging and only took action when we said we said would dispute the charge .
Warning : Do Not Use This Company and do not pay until the service is completed !

First and foremost, I can't even express enough in words how amazing the crew was! We had a leak in the main water line which had to be fully replaced! Juan was so great at explaining what the issue was and went into detail regarding everything that would be needed in the process and why. The next day I came to meet B and Angel as they were digging and were so empathetic and patient, then came Elvis and Daryl (sorry if I spelled it wrong) who helped with the rest of the installation and they were all such a joy to be around and talk to! They updated me through the way and made the entire process stress free. Work was done swiftly and efficient and THEY WORKED AMAZING TOGETHER, truly a team! Oh! And I'm not sure of her name she was my dispatcher but thanks girly for keeping me updated with the time windows! Appreciate you all! Recommend a million times!

Positive experience: Efficient in responding, price was fair to replace a 30-year old faucet on outside of the house. Owner and assistant was nice and polite enough.
Negative experience: I was never told from the beginning, upfront, that the job would not be finished. They have a rag stuffed in the 4"" opening on both sides since cutting into the outside wall of the house was important for installation. I was told that a ""handyman has to finish the job with stucco."" I was stunned and speechless. I paid them in full with my Visa as they walked off the job. Since I had my running water again in the house, which was turned off to do the job, that seemed to be most important at the time. I am frustrated and furious, feeling like I've been screwed with them not giving me a professional end-job upon their leaving my property. If you choose to use them, I highly suggest you have a serious conversation about their ""finishing the job"" to your satisfaction.

A leak under the sink turned into discovering that the prior owner of the home must've (basically) not cared to hire quality technicians to install things like....ohhhhhh garbage disposals. Our technician gave us a cogent rundown of the primary issues, the happy path for fixing those issues, informed us of the quote, and quickly installed a new garbage disposal, no more leaks, and no more odd sounds coming from the sink. Would recommend Uncle E's.

I live in the Summerlin area and I had three toilets replaced a year ago by a plumbing company in town. After a year, one of the toilets when flushed was whistling like a train coming into the station. Though I first called the original plumber to fix and waiting 3 days for the tech to schedule me, I was told I had to call Kohler for the part so I tried another plumber. After calling Uncle E's Plumbing, I new they were customer obsessed from the receptionist warmly answering to the service tech that promptly arrived at my home. Not only were they on time, but Mike (tech) was extremely knowledgeable and confident in describing what was needed and where he would stop first at Ferguson's for the warrantied part. He gave me a quote and did the repairs. They have reasonable prices, on time, and work extremely clean. They treated my home as if their own! I will only use Uncle E's Plumbing going forward!

I just got done having a conversation with Darrel and Elvis Jr. in my whole entire life, I've never seen such hard working individuals. They started work early and didn't leave until the job was done, past MIDNIGHT! My water heater failed after 7 years and needed to be replaced. We had a tankless water heater installed, and the work was beautiful. This was thoroughly inspected and done right because it's important for this kind of job to function properly. I can't give enough praise to this company, or at least these two individuals! I don't give out superb reviews often, but if six stars were optional, it would be this!

Edit: They even cleaned up my garage! Surely the best service you can pay for!!!

Uncle E's are the best. Mr. Mike came to my house and gave me an estimate on a new waterless tank header, a very fair estimate. Way lower then all 3 other estimates I was given. Installers Mr. Darrel and Mr. Elvis Jr done a fantastic job with the installation. They worked till 6:00 pm to complete the Installation. No reason to get any other estimates just go with Uncle E's Plumbing
