This is the third time our family has called MJ out to come work on our homes, and every single time, we have been beyond impressed. He has never failed to be punctual, communicative, and extremely professional.

When I noticed water coming from under my wall outside, I reached out to him for emergency help. He was quick to respond and give me an idea of what the problem may be. He communicated to me that this would be an extensive job, but I had no doubt that it would be repaired to a standard that is unmatched. I was not disappointed!

Throughout the entirety of the job, he remained professional and walked me through the entire process. He even went as far as to follow up over the next couple of days to ensure my satisfaction with the work.

His demeanor is calm, and where most would become frustrated, he remained persistent and professional. His honesty and fairness are what truly set him apart from others. He will not try to suggest unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. I will not call anyone else when it comes to plumbing for this reason alone. From small to large, he covers it all.
