I hope the public gets to see this review. Ultimate Plumbing & heating overcharged me for work not performed. I tried to give them a negative review on facebook, but, they were able to block me out as they seem to do with anybody giving them a negative review. Be careful if you decide to deal with this contractor as they will rob your piggy bank !!!!!

Had them install a new well pump and tank and tank was shot after two years but had a five year warranty. When contacted was told the could replace it and labor would be 350. Had a plumber on site during the time I was on the phone and Calvino is installing a new tank for 300 with labor

I called this company to check out my sceptic tank and to any repairs that is needed they came on august 6 to do work. They said my sceptic need to be unclogged which cost me 500. After they left my sceptic been leaking every since. I been calling them since they came out on August 6 and no one has came back out after they stated they would send someone to take a look at it. They haven't returned my calls or made a follow up phone call. I wound suggest anyone in long pond to use this company. I am looking to take them to court I'm out of 500 dollars and have to pay soluble now to get my sceptic fix

came to my home and managed to do thousands of dollars of septic damage. Semper Fi repaired his damage but I am still left with a broken decorative fountain and he still has possession of stolen parts refusing to return them.

I previously used this company and had no problems. However I guess they are now so big they could care less about their customers? I called on Tuesday to setup an appointment for routing oil furnace tuneup and was told he could come Friday morning. Then Friday comes.. it's past 11:00am so I decide to call to see what's happening and Tom says he will swing by at 3:00pm, no apologize or anything. I wait and wait.. 5:00pm.. 6:00pm comes by and NOTHING! NO SHOW! I took a day off for this appointment and couldnt even get a sorry or phone call back! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

So here is the deal, I had used them in the past and they were good. Last year I had a problem with my heat and the guy they sent out said it was in the electronics on the boiler. It would be $50 cash that day and I would have to call Tom and get him out there to fix it. I had no problem with this I paid him. Then I called them at least every day for 2 weeks, then every week for 2 months and I still try to call and NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. So much for service on with this company. Try answering you phone and fixing something!!!! I would give them a zero but yelp will not give that low of a rating.

I called them to fix a leak in my crawl space and they came the very next day to fix it. They were very reasonable priced. That was a month a go.

Then today we had the alarm from the grinder box ringing and they came a few hours later. They knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it. Had all the equipment in his truck. Which means he wasn't trying to get us to pay for him to come back. He cleaned out the grinder tank and we have not had an issue of the alarm going off. If I need a plumber he will be the first one I call.

I called Tom on two separate occasions when I needed someone right away. Both times, Mike was sent to my home. He arrived right away, on time and made the necessary repairs. He was knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I have had other companies over the years and none were as good or as fair as Ultimate. I will only call them from on.

I called Ed Scoda last Wednesday because I have a plumbing issue going on. He said he cant make it Wednesday, but can try Thursday or definitely Friday. Nevertheless, I waited for call backs recieved none & waited Friday all day, no show or call even. I called the answering service numerous times & got not one reply back. I called yesterday twice, no call back. Then tried again today, told the answering service tell him to forget it & I could've had the job done already. I'm upset with my plumbing issue & calling a professional plumber that does return your calls back instead of avoiding me. That is very unprofessional for a business as I heard that he does this frequently to other people that tried to get him to do work. So, 6 days later, I'm calling someone else that answers his calls & does show up when he suppose to. He doesn't deserve one star but had to rate service to leave my comment on his reviews.
