I have been a customer of Ultimate for the past 7 years and have been very happy with the service they provide. They have a preventive maintenance program which keeps my furnace and A/C in perfect operating condition each season. They are reliable and honest and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great HVAC company.

Kyle G. was our technician and he was fantastic. He came recommended from a friend and I'm so glad I requested him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I knew exactly what he was going to do and what the fee was for it. I will definitely have him back in the Spring to service our air conditioning unit!

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had the displeasure of working work.
Their technician (Ross) was showed up hours outside of the time frame he provided without any notification, was extremely rude, blatantly over charged me and failed to fix my air condition unit. I was told repeatedly by their operations manager (Brenda) and one of the owners that they would follow up with a resolution, weeks went by with no response from either despite numerous follow up calls by me. When I finally spoke to the owner she was also rude and condescending.
Bottom line, this company is sun by owners that have no regard for their customers, their staff lack basic communication skills and they will overcharge you with no remorse.

I have lived in my home for 13 years and have always been convinced that the original builder ruined any opportunity for my home to be properly cooled. So, I hired UHC to evaluate my home and they decided a load test on my home would provide the proper insight they would need to engineer the system to properly heat and cool my home. After they completed the test Lloyd and Kyle walked my home and evaluated the duct work on the current system and suggested that this would also need some repairs and replacement. This was all performed three years ago.
I reached out to Lloyd two weeks ago and told him it was time. They replaced the HVAC equipment, added a split system, modified the duct work in the mechanical room, re-engineered the existing return duct work and left my home very clean. By the way, they were impeccable in prepping the home to protect the floor and any wall assemblies from damage. They completed the work and evaluated the system in two days and provided a tutorial of the systems.
The team on my job was top notch A #1. My home has never been so comfortable since I purchased it 13 years ago. The temperature is very even throughout the home and I no longer have any hotspots. UHC is a very good HVAC company and one I would recommend to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their HVAC system. This company exceeded my expectations to the fullest. This is our second AC install with Ultimate. Second time was just as good as the first. The crew was very professional and personable from the moment they arrived. They did a great installation, explained everything clearly and cleaned up their work area very well.

I am very unhappy with their service. We had a warranty issue that damaged the whole unit however they refuse to fix it without us paying out of pocket. It's not their problem because they fixed the one warranty part that started the problem even though the unit is still not operating normally. It's a rooftop unit on a townhouse and is so loud you cannot stand to be in the bedroom below it, not to mention it's now vibrating in the entire house. This is not acceptable. They have had to come and recharge the coolant multiple times starting less than a year since it was installed. Now will have to replace a 2 yr old installation out of pocket for a WARRANTY problem that started the whole thing. Terrible customer service. We even offered to meet them halfway on a replacement with no regard. Avoid if you expect any sort of long term customer service. They seem to do the bare minimum and push problems back on their customers. Very disappointed.

After getting some work done by another company and the work done wrong. (Avoid company called comfy n' air)
Ultimate was very professional and courtesy. They came out assessed the problem and fixed it.
Nathan was very professional and helped me understand my furnace better. Being a new homeowner it was awesome.

The owners of this company are the best. We had an Infinity furnace installed and they were very responsive to a customer service issue. KyleG or K2 did an excellent job on the installation of the furnace and WiFi thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new furnace or service on an existing furnace. I highly recommend the Carrier Infinity furnace.

These guys are as good as it gets. Mad love for the people or their products. They were happy to educate me on the best option for my heating/cooling needs. I used them to put in central air at my previous residence and fix furnace problems at my new residence. Fast, respectful, and pleasant.

I was in need of a Swamp cooler ,After numerous estimates I decided Ultimate Heating was the right choice for me.
In the next few days the cooler was installed quickly.
After spending 5,000 dollars with the company,2 months later in August my swamp cooler was acting up making loud vibrating noises.
I called and a tech was sent out a few days later, he noticed the drive wheel was stripped out causing it to vibrate loudly.
He took pictures for the manufacturer ,saying this was very uncomen, He tightened the drive wheel and said I will be contacted in a few days for a manufacters warranty repair.
A few weeks went by and nothing.
I then called them to see what was going on ,still no-one has any idea.
4 more calls and still nothing happening.
After Nearly 3 months I received a call that the parts were in and we scheduled a appointment.
I had asked for a free winterization since I was unable to complete this due to the repair that was needed.
It was agreed too,when the work was completed and the winterization done I was given a 100.00 bill for winterizing.
I couldn't believe it,I called the office and no-one had agreed to this credit.
Spoke to the owner and she said this was not her fault that the unit didn't function the way it should.
Who's is it mine the customer that just spent 5,000 for a product that you sell that you don't stand behind.
After arguing with her as to why it took 3 months to get a warranty repair,completed after calling numerous times she gave me the free winterization not willingly of course.
Why is it you can have excellent customer service before and during your install but after the money is exchanged there is no service.
I Will not be calling on Ultimate Heating and Cooling again,very disapointed on there service .
