If you've ever changed a ballcock, you know it takes 20 minutes max (and that was me, DIY girl's first attempt. I suppose they have an hour minimum to show up, but did they have to rob her on the part?
The toilet still doesn't flush right. You have to hold down the handle half the time for it to work at all.
I called and left a message early October 2021 and nobody bothered to call me back. I thought maybe they accidentally punched in $115 twice, because the part mark-up was like 85%. I guess they're not interested in repeat business.

I explained the issue and was told a tech would be at our home in 30 minutes. And he was...with a friendly smile on his face and a professional attitude. Within 90 minutes of the clog problem, the drain was open and the tech finished. And the cost was quite reasonable.
