Amir came out to unclog my main line.. he was very friendly, very professional, and took the extra time to make sure the clog was fixed. He made no mess at all. First great experience with ultimate drain threw American water.
So if you pay service with American water company and yr main line gets back up and they want to send this company, ask for the tech Amir.. I highly recommend him. He knows EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING.. Thank u ultra and thank you Amir :)

This company is also a bunch of liars I hate to say it but it's true they work for American Water. Once American Water says you are not covered this company says if you paid it extra $2 more you could have been covered. Whatever? They wanted to charge me $1,000 for something that all I needed was caulk around my spout in the shower. Way to go guys you just got another bad review. American Water insurance is not worth it and you guys especially if you guys work for them it's definitely not worth it. Nothing but a bunch of liars and I heard a lot of horrific bad things about this company and the BBB does not a credit you for that. So no way Jose . Not happening here

Do not call this place if you need service. They are non responsive to calls. You call and they say someone will call back. All they do is give you the runaround

I have insurance protection programs with American Water Resources for my indoor plumbing and sewer. I requested to have a plumber to come unclog my toilet that was backing up into my shower. The work with Ultimate Drain Cleaning Service, LLC.
Dwight was polite, professional and fixed the problem. I also had two plumbers come to my home on May 16th, 2024 for the same issue. They also were very polite, professional and fixed the problems I had. I would recommend Ultimate Draining Service, LLC. to anyone I know that needed a plumber. *****

I requested the service for clogged sink drains mid-morning. The service guys were here at around 2:00 in the afternoon. They were a couple of really nice guys. They knew what they were doing and they corrected the problem in less than 1 hour. I recommend them highly. I believe the name of one of the two was Nike I am not sure of the other's name.

DO NOT USE. Had them out to fix 3 leaking toilets, none successfully. Had to get a different plumber out to fix all 3 toilets again. One of the toilets was actually broken by Ultimate.

Called Ultimate multiple times re-fix the problems, they said someone would call to schedule but no one called me. Then I was told I had to file another claim with American Water, which sent a different plumber, who charged me a second service charge.

The plumbers they sent were nice and worked quickly, but 0 for 3 is unacceptable.
