It's the day after Christmas and I've been trying to unclog my toilet for two days without success. I'm embarrassed to call a plumber and I'm afraid it will take a long time before I can get an appointment, but I look through Yelp and see good reviews for Uleakifix and I make a call. I talk to Jim and he says ""okay, I'll be there in half an hour."" When he came in, he gave me the price, snaked it out and I heard that gorgeous sound of the toilet flushing. The snake he uses is encased in a clean carrier so no dripping on the floors. And he even tightened up my toilet seat and then showed me how to do it myself in the future. I'm so happy I called him!

I had 2 plumbing issues: 1) the dishwasher drain hose was clogged and need replacement and 2) A new refrigerator water line. Called Jim around 12 and told me they would send someone out today. Sal arrived around 5 and I told him it could wait until tomorrow but he wanted to get to work.

The dishwasher drain hose was an easy fix. Sal showed us the old hose clogged with gunk. Works like a charm now.

The refrigerator line was another matter. Because my house if nearly 40 years old, the water valve are different now. Sal made a trip to local hardware stores (at 7pm!) but couldn't find the right part. So we had to reschedule for Saturday.

Sal showed up right on time and got to work replacing the valve. He had to open up the wall. He replaced the valve and works great.

Sal was real friendly and explained everything he was doing. Top quality work with a 1 year guarantee. Would definitely use them again.

Friendly and professional. Helped us unclog our sewer line, but after looking at the line with a camera we were able to find the cause of the issue. Provided us with a reasonable quote to fix the issue and took care of the repair. Very glad we worked with Jim and will definitely come back for any further plumbing work.

Jim is incredibly responsive and communicative, a rare find these days! The team arrived on time and identified the issue quickly which turned out to be a little more involved than what we had originally anticipated. They returned later the same day to make the necessary repairs and stayed into the evening hours to fix the problem. I would absolutely call Jim the next time that I have a plumbing issue.
