Ukrainian Hamdyman Services came out to help me on an urgent call to do both an on-site check on my smoke alarm and carbon monoxide monitor. After review, it would be beneficial to replace one. I appreciate their quick service attention to detail and sense of urgency. They are also very responsive friendly and showed up on time and prompt ready to help! I hired these guys to do a small job and what a mistake I made. The work they did is now falling apart and they quoted me a ridiculous price to do it right after they charged me. Why didn't they tell me upfront how much it would cost to do it right in the first place? Instead, they proceeded to do a ""patch job"" what they thought would be good enough. Well, it wasn't.
Simply put.. all of their work has to be redone. When I brought it to their attention, they were unwilling to work it out and come to a fair resolution. Now I have to pay someone else to do the job right. Lesson learned.. don't let anyone take advantage of you. If you use them, make sure you get both quotes up front. One quote to do the job right, and another quote for subpar work that won't last. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They were responsive, prompt, and fast. I find many people who work on homes don't arrive on time and don't even let you know they will be late, that drives me bonkers. They were right on time.

We had a slight miscommunication, but it was resolved politely and easily by contacting the main office and some Google translate. I would use them again.
