I hired these guys to do a small job and what a mistake I made. The work they did is now falling apart and they quoted me a ridiculous price to do it right after they charged me. Why didn't they tell me upfront how much it would cost to do it right in the first place? Instead, they proceeded to do a ""patch job"" what they thought would be good enough. Well, it wasn't.
Simply put.. all of their work has to be redone. When I brought it to their attention, they were unwilling to work it out and come to a fair resolution. Now I have to pay someone else to do the job right. Lesson learned.. don't let anyone take advantage of you. If you use them, make sure you get both quotes up front. One quote to do the job right, and another quote for subpar work that won't last. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They were responsive, prompt, and fast. I find many people who work on homes don't arrive on time and don't even let you know they will be late, that drives me bonkers. They were right on time.

We had a slight miscommunication, but it was resolved politely and easily by contacting the main office and some Google translate. I would use them again.

I requested a quote from Ukrainian Handyman Service on Monday; work was started and completed on Wednesday at a very reasonable price. On top of that, He also, without me even asking, fixed another dent and painted a different small patch for no extra cost. He did a great job at cleaning everything up as well.
