Poor customer service. Installed a water softener and plumbed it in correctly. Charged us 21 months later for fixing their mistake. When tried to talk to them they gave us the run around. The softener has never worked correctly. Poor service, awful product. Don't waste your time on money on them.

Would not attempt to deal with them ever again. Called up saying the kitchen was flooding and the shut off valve wouldn't work. They said someone would call me and they were ready to hang up. I asked when and they said tomorrow. Then we clarified that it was urgent. They told me to hold on and then came back and said it would still be tomorrow. Utterly useless.

Customer service is deplorable. I have waited over 16 days for someone to come out and work on the water heater they installed less than a year ago. I was told if I wanted it to get fixed I would have to pay emergency fees. Didn't want this water heater in the 1st place and in less than a year it's garbage. Bottom line don't trust this company for promptness, a straight answer, or for quality work.

They charged my cousin over 7200 dollars to hook up a boiler which is only a few hour job. They took weeks to get it done came for an hour at a time and spent more time hauling tools than working. Now they wil not return phone calls about the huge bill that says they spent 50 hours hooking up a boiler. The owner is also very rude on the phone when you finally get him and unwilling to review the bill.

We have an old oil furnace. We have had to call after hours a few times. They are very knowledgeable and pretty quick to respond. I have had a few different guys come to look at my furnace from Ugstad. I think they are the best. Those old furnaces are not easy to work on.

Ugstads has always been fairly prompt for us. Arrives when they say the will. Mostly friendly staff and customer service. Prices seem fair and work quickly. The once went above and beyond for me on weekend with lift station and sewer problems. I won't forget that.

Very poor customer service. We purchased a home and the prior owner had used them in the past. Before closing, there were repairs that needed to be done. When we moved in, they had left holes and drywall mess everywhere, didn't hook up the new water softener they installed, didn't reconnect thedishwasher, or outside spigot, etc. We called to have them complete what they didn't, and then got a bill, for work that, in our opinion, wasn't done correctly in the first place. When we questioned it, they were rude and made it out like it was our fault. Took no responsibility, no apologies, no effort to appease their customer. I'd give zero stars, but can't.
