My experience with Aaron has become a nightmare. While the initial issue involved a leak caused by a shower faucet replacement in my unit that lead to a leak and water damage in the downstairs unit, the subsequent communication and resolution process have been challenging. Aaron's proposed fix was to paint over it leading to a disagreement between him and the downstairs neighbor regarding the extent of the necessary repairs. Since then, attempts to communicate and resolve the situation have been met with delays and a lack of professionalism leading my neighbor to seek an alternative solution and hiring someone else to fix it as at this point, this was being stretched out for months with no initiative or willingness from Aaron's end to come fix it or any push at a resolution. He remained elusive to both me and my neighbor's calls/texts until I tried to call the company's main number with my sister's unrecognizable number out of desperation to give him the invoice post repair to file with his insurance. Aaron is now asserting that his insurance won't cover the full cost, alleging that the neighbor got more work done than necessary. Consequently, I am facing the possibility of having to cover the remaining expenses that insurance won't. Though the work in my unit was initially acceptable, the handling of subsequent issues has left much to be desired. Given Aaron's unresponsiveness, lack of professionalism, and attempts to deflect responsibility, I am left in a difficult position. If you are considering hiring him, proceed with caution, and be prepared for potential complications and frustrations. I am now left grappling with the aftermath of navigating a dispute that could have been avoided with better communication and professionalism from him.
