Juan came out gave me an estimate, came back the next day and did a fantastic job in fixing the waterline coming from the meter. He took the video that I've asked him to which prove that the problem was from suburban Water district and not my problem. Am now in the process of trying to get back the money I paid forlot of water that was wasted. But Juan did a great job and completing my work.

If you need a plumber, you have to call Eduardo! He just saved us over $20,000 on re-plumbing our house. He and Rigo did a wonderful job and took good care of us all along the way. We never went to bed without a working toilet and a supply of water. Seriously, Eduardo is one of the best businessmen/craftsmen we've ever dealt with, and he's also a great guy - he listens and he actually cares about the work he does and the people he does the work for. I can't overstate what a great job he did, and what a great person he is. And he plays button accordion (though he didn't bring it to the job).

A leak developed under the sink in our laundry room. I tried several so called emergency service plumbers. Some I could only talk to call centers that never connected me with a dispatcher. Some were non responsive. 911 plumbing responded with someone who could help right away and then arrange to get my problem resolved. Very refreshing!

Can't say enough good things about Eduardo and his crew. You never realize how good you had it until you have no water in your house and a lake forming on your driveway. From the first call to Eduardo to the end of the job (replaced water main from the meter to the house) 26 hours. He's a pro and highly responsive and fantastic job. Would give 10 stars if I could!!

My laundry drain was clogged for about a week. Got on Yelp to get a few plumbing service quotes. 911 Plumbing was fast to answer the call and said they would be out same day within 2 hours of the quote. To my surprise Juan contacted me within 2 hrs said he was 5 mins away. He was upfront with the cost of the repair before proceeding. Juan did an excellent job and was very professional. He even cleaned up before he left.
