I've used U.S. plumbing a few times (through my home warranty insurance). Joe has come to the rescue- replaced water heater, fixed faucets &toilets, and today saved my kitchen from a leaking sink. He's professional and friendly, fast and efficient. He'll go the extra mile to get the problem fixed asap. Thanks Joe & US plumbing!

He was out and fixed three problems we had with our bathroom sinks. Very friendly and personable. I won't be too disappointed next time we have a plumbing issue because I know a good man to call.

Requested service through our home insurance company, and waited 2 days for them to come out and fix the garbage disposal. They showed up nearly an hour late, dismantled the garbage disposal and left saying they would get authorization from the insurance company as the replacement unit they had was a third of the power of the installed unit. I heard nothing ever again. Did I mention they dismantled the unit so the sink was no longer usable?
Got my handyman to install the replacement unit while he also fixed the improper installation by a previous plumber of the dishwasher air gap, all for $75, in less than an hour.
I am now questioning why the home insurance company uses a company that has a 3 star rating

Great customer service and prompt attention to details. Ceasar is awesome. He is very courteous and did a great job with our downstairs and upstairs toilet and made sure that he cleaned up after he finished. We are very satisfied with his job and will continue use them in the future.

Nope. Requested service on Saturday through our home insurance company, and waited until Tuesday for them to come out and assess. Showed up to assess (3) water leaks in our crawl space and after saying they would get authorization from the insurance company, I heard nothing. Did I mention my wife just gave birth to our newborn 7 days prior (our first). Finally was able to speak to someone the following day who noted ""they didn't have the specialization "" to fix the 3 very basic, but physically challenging/remote drainage leaks. It's plumbing 101...what they considered is that the effort wasn't worth the $, now I'm still without a shower and 2 sinks waiting for the next company to show up 5 days later.

Joseph was spectacular! He was not sure how to rectify the absence of pressure, yellow dot build up and no hot water. He left Thursday and returned Tuesday with an answer. The soft water system failed and was transfering Brentwood water build up through the pipes. He bypassed the failing water softener and wa la! I had hot water, no yellow balls of build up and a constant flow of water. Magnificant! Thank you Joe!

They were late. After about 30 minutes past the appt. time, I called their main number to find out what was going on. The person who answered was very disorganized. She couldn't tell me why the plumbers were late, where they were, or when they would be arriving. She offered the check and call me back. She never did. When I called back, she was annoyed and kept saying they would arrived ""very soon."" In the end, they were over 4 hours later and had no explanation of why they were late or any apologies about leaving me waiting.

They finally did fix the problem once they arrived. But the company needs to be more professional and organized. How my home warranty company picked them, I will never understand!

Great Professional and rapid service. Had issue with my toilet that landlord wouldn't fix. These guys came right over diagnosed and fixed the problem without issue and pretty fast as well. Toilet works better than ever. Will be using them for any further plumbing issues, thanks again.

My husband and I have used US Plumbing & Rooter twice already, and their customer service was great from the very beginning until the very end. One of the calls was regarding our water heater. They sent someone to our house (who arrived within the time frame given) and the issue was taken care of quickly and professionally. No complaints here! To date, I've been very happy with their work/service.

My home warranty picked them for me to replace my water heater. The tech. Joe came in and installed the heater. However when I came back from work that day to check on his work since I wasn't there when he installed it. There was a gas leaked. I mean you couldn't even go to garage, the smell was so strong. Not a small leak but there was a huge leak. Not sure how he missed it. I called them back but didn't hear from them. I am still waiting..... I have my garage door open to let go of the smell since I don't want the smell to enter inside the house. By the way they did charge me $480 for out of pocket cost.
