You make the call - American Home Shield assigned U.S. Plumbing to check a leak under the kitchen sink. After 2 weeks and multiple phone calls by AHS and me to the company with zero response, AHS assigned another company to check the leak. Given the amount of time I spent call U.S plumbing and AHS, I could have repaired it myself.

I've used them twice now through American Home Shield. Both times they resolved my issues with no problem and in a timely manner.

My 2 year old with a plastic wrench can do a better job. Promised he would come back with the correct part and never returned or called. At my two year old tried.

If it was up to me, there would be no stars at all. This company got my work orders from my home warranty company. There were 2 work orders, water heater and Shower drain leak.

1. Rene ( showed up to my house and gave me a ridiculous quote for replacing my water heater with a tankless ($ 8,000.00) ! I told him I will get quotes from other companies to compare and I have -replacing my tank with a tankless system plus water softener for $3,000.00 less. Needless to say my home warranty company is allowing me to go cash out option and so they lost that business.
2. He lied that he did not have the work order for the shower leak and got called on it and had to make another appointment to come back to my house.
3. The shower leak appointment was a 3 hour window 1pm to 4 pm. Rene, never bothered to show up within that window, no phone call saying he was running late. My son was home the whole time but finally had to leave at 4:30 to pick up his sister from school.
4. I cannot trust such a person in my house anyway and have since been assigned a different company.
5. Not to make excuses for him, I hope he was just having an off day and that his work ethic is better than what he displayed.

I was referred to US plumbing through my home warranty. After reading some reviews, I was a bit nervous about what the service would be like. They were very responsive after getting the work request from my warranty company but unfortunately it was about a week out before the could come (not what you want to hear when you've got plumbing issues.)
There was some confusion, as well, with scheduling. However, once he arrived (Arturo came out) he quickly assessed the issue, got authorization to fix it and came back the next business day to finish the job. Their customer service team (the team answering the phone and scheduling appointments) were also very friendly and responsive. Overall, I was happy with their service and my issues resolved quickly without any additional costs outside of the warranty's service fee.

They are amazing! Dani my customer service rep was so patient and helpful! Javier and Sal my technicians were professional and kind! I am so pleased with the service and my new water heater!

I was referred to US Plumbing by my home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS) and who also works within their network to check on a slab leak I was having. They were very good about coming out to examine exactly where the leak was and referred me to a ""Leak Detector."" I called and used the ""Leak Detector"" they recommended but were not reimbursed for their expense since the ""Leak Detector"" wasn't within my AHS Warranty network, but US Plumbing was. I was told by my home warranty company AHS that I needed to use the Plumbing Company within their network if I wanted them to pay for their service, so I reached out to US Plumbing to work on my plumbing. They were also contacted by my home warranty company AHS as well.

Meanwhile, while I was waiting for them to confirm my plumbing issue and about 2-3 weeks later, the plumbing problem became much worse, created a huge problem and couldn't be reached after numerous attempts. When they finally returned my call, I was advised that they wasn't going to accept my job because ""THEY DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING MY JOB"" and never showed up. Feeling guilty, they reimbursed me for my Leak Detector"" payment!!

I would not recommend US Plumbing to mop my floor, less lone fix a plumbing issue!!!!

Service man Rene came out and worked on my garbage desposale and a toilet. He was very polite and professional. I swear he was in and out within 15min and fixed everything(no return calls). Quick, efficient and courteous that's how i like it. I definitely will request their services in the future.

Outstanding. We had a water heater leak, and were frantic to get it taken care of ASAP because we were also having contractors come in and our for windows and other things. It was a madhouse. Ours was 20+ years old, and we knew it needed replacing. Octavio at USP&R came to inspect the same day we called, and had a brand new water heater onsite the next morning. We were fixed right up, and he stuck around to ensure we had documentation, and knew how to operate the new style. He even came back the next day to ensure everything was working. So friendly and accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend to any friends and neighbors in need. :)

This company U.S. Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. responded to a claim I filed with AHS - after I told them MONDAY MORNINGI had a pretty swift leak still could not respond until WEDNESDAY at 4PM - Guy looked at problem.
After tearing all the tape & stuff I had applied to mitigate the leak guy stared at the problem like hypnotized told me he would list parts and get AHS to approve work. Did not hear from AHS overnight email so looked at AHS claim on my account -0 listed as CALL COMPLETE (NOT!!!! still leaking.
Called at 10am dispatcher told me they were discussing claim and would get back to me in an hour NOT!
I called at 1PM dispatcher said that AHS transferred to another vendor.
I called AHS - they said had no parts list or disposition from U.S. Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. and tried to call THEM no answer. So at thios p;oint I am DRIPPING and no AHS followup after U.S. Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. ditched my job.

Even more irritating is the ""plumber"" RENE' would not retape the stuff I had on the leak to mitigate it - he just mumbled away and left ME to redo the stuff he cut off.
Absolutely NO Empathy from the dispatcher OR the ""plumber""
So DRIP DRIP DRIP EBMUD noticed drip. and asked me what was happening

AHS is another story my account with them still says ""completed""
BUT problem started with this lousy company U.S. Plumbing & Rooter, Inc.

Long and short of it U.S. Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. SUCKS!
