U.S. Plumbing Marshall is the best plumbing service we've worked with. Gabe took my call, understood our issue, and made sure the appointment time met our needs. The team is super responsive, very professional and knowledgeable, and gets the job done right the first time! Marshall also took the time to explain what the issue was and what he was doing to fix the problem at hand. In addition, Marshall noticed something unusual with our setup that could be an issue in the future (we have an old house and were already aware of this). He scoped what would be needed to solve that (non critical) issue when we're ready.

We had a leaky water main and called around for a company to help. US Plumbing Marshal was the one that responded and will now be out 'go to' for all plumbing needs. The representative that came out was amazing, on time, friendly and fixed the problem in matter of minutes. He explained the issue and mechanics of the valve so if it happened again we know what to do.

We came home after a 10 day vacation to find a leak in our shower. We had water dripping from the ceiling. Marshall and Caleb were available and came on the same day. They were AWESOME, early, honest, knowledgeable, fair-priced, and cleaned up at the end. Marshall had time and even looked at a couple of other, minor issues we were having, and he didn't charge me for the extra labor despite my urging him to. I was totally happy and impressed with the service. We will definitely use them again when the time comes.
