This is a company you can trust. They replaced a water heater/ boiler combo unit for us with a more efficient tankless system. They were professional and courteous the entire time. This spring we began having problems with the hot water so we gave them a call. It turns out a former employee had installed the unit incorrectly. They then spent three days of their time, parts and labor fixing it. The whole time apologizing to us for the inconvenience. No one bats a thousand and no one is perfect but the way they handled a mistake was great. They stood behind their work and made it right. We were very impressed with their service and ethics.
We were so impressed we had them come out and install a new swamp cooler. They did a great job and were very professional and courteous. After it was installed they called to let us know that they were reviewing the photos of the job and they didn't like how close the unit is to a vent. So, at no charge to us, they are changing the vent.
This is a company you can trust. They will not only do great work quickly, at a fair price, they will stand behind their work.

There is another review on Yelp about this company, so I was hesitant to call.
I'm glad I did. After calling over 6 companies about a water heater that I knew was about to fail (brown water) i had these guys come to my house.
Immediately confirmed what I already knew, I was given some options. We knew we really wanted a tankless water heater. After a little debate, we took their suggestion to have a Navien system installed. They helps true to their word about installation, price, quality and service. After all was done, we had a brand new tankless water heater that works perfectly. Thank you guys so much for awesome service at a great price! We couldn't be happier, and will continue to use this company for all future plumbing and hvac needs.

Calling these guys was a costly mistake. They charge $99 just to step inside your home. They told me my furnace was not fixable and needed to be replaced.....that cost me $99. When I asked questions about what it would look like to install a new furnace they couldn't tell me the brand or model of furnace they would be installing, let alone, give me a straight answer on any of my questions.
I called another business in the Roaring Fork Valley and they told me the furnace was easy to fix and proceeded to find the parts and repair it within a few days. US Boiler and Plumbing is either running a racket or they don't know a thing about furnaces. Save your hard earned coin and call another company that you can trust.
