Another great service! We started to smell rotten eggs from our vent and a tech came out the same day and figured out the issue. Other companies told me I would need to replace my entire ejector pump but Howard came out and figured out the issue immediately and taught us what to do in the future to prevent it from happening again. Great company I can trust, they always do a fantastic job!

Don't hire these people!
I hired Allied to fix a clog issue at my mother's house back in Sept.
The Tech hurt his hand and left after about 15 minutes. He called me for my CC info so he could charge me for the job. He charges $395.00 for a job that was never completed. He did not tell me he was leaving. He said a receipt would be mailed to be, which it never was.
I called his Office and spoke to Lilly after my son told me he left.
I told her that the Tech did not do anything at all. The auger somehow hit his hand when he was trying to work on the clog. He hurt his hand so he left.
Lilly said the Tech would call me the next day. I never received a call
While trying to dispute this charge I was told that I needed a receipt.
Allied told my CC Company that I received a receipt and recommendations for resolving the clog issue.
Neither was true.
I called them today, 11/10 and was told that I didn't receive a receipt because they didn't have my email address?? They were supposed to mail it to me, not email.
They emailed me the receipt and what I saw on it was a bunch of BS. They said the $395.00 was for the job... which was not completed.
The receipt also said that the Tech provided a verbal quote to my son explaining what needed to be done to fix the issue.
This never happened!
Why would we turn down having the issue fixed and then hire a different Company the following day, which cost another $1800.00 to fix the issue?
We would have stayed with Allied considering they were already there
I will never go to these people again

They riddled out my sewer line and ran a camera down the cleared line to verify it was clear. My house is 108 years old so It's a clay line but still in good shape. Junior and co-worker were professional, clean, and polite. Next time this happens ( and it will thanks to a maple tree in the front yard) I will call RMO. I'm getting too old to rent the snake from Home Depot and get it up and down the basement stairs.

Howard came to my house and helped me remove a water softener. He was professional. Masked up. Marlo set up the appointment and was very pleasant. I did not have an emergency but she fit me in for the next day. Overall their prices are competitive but the professionalism and reliability was wonderful.

Had US Allied earlier this year to install a sink drain to a new sink, when I had a toilet clog I knew who to call. Left a message for Jason and he was prompt about returning my text, as I stated it was not an emergency. Paul came out the next day, and after reviewing the situation, brought in this industrial size auger to rod the toilet. At first it did work, and he continued with this 10 foot auger until he got it free. It took about 10 minutes, but his persistence saved removing the toilet. He explained what his process would be before he started, and used the old motto, if at first you don't succeed, keep it up. Paul came in fully PPE protected, including his shoe covering, and was very clean and cleaned up after he was done. They accept checks, cash or credit on the spot, and Paul called before he came during the promised window, and then when he was about 5 minutes away. Again, very impressed and grateful for their prompt service, reasonable prices and great technicians. Thanks again.

I wish I could give them zero starts. Unreliable zero respect to the customer. After i scheduled a day off from work (the last day off I had), I waited for them, just to get a call from them 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appt to let me know they are not coming. I told them I couldn't take another day off from work because i didn't have any time off left, and they didn't care. They never returned my call to offer a different day. They are expecting me to lose another day of work or pay there extra charges. I didn't pick the original appt, they told me they would come from 12 to 4, smack in the middle of the day, I couldn't even take 1/2 off with that appt they gave me. Lost a whole day.
